  • Milk fat is the part of the milk that contains the most pestitcides, other nasty things, and hormones.

    In Scriptures the Israelites were told by YHWH not to eat the fat of the animals they slaughtered. Look how many problems animal fat causes for health. You don't have to eliminate good oils (Scriptures is big on olive oil for example) - just eliminate transfatty acids and aninmal based ones. MHO.

  • If you seriously think that eating low fat high carb foods to ?lose? weight is the way heres a tip; people 100 years ago lived on hardly anything BUT fats and they were really skinny. so fat is NOT the culprit.

  • oops! I forgot that part! ok, I don't know exactly how many calories in the fresh veggies, but total for the wrap, cream cheese, and shredded cheese is less than 250. So for the whole pizza, no more than 300. My stomach has shrunk since I started this diet, and it filled ME up without the yogurt. Thanks!
