The reason I know for sure it's from June 28, 2001 is because I heard it the day it was broadcasted on WWCR shortwave. I had been listening to Bill Cooper for quite some time.

You can check the web archives of Bill's website from before 9/11 and you'll see this broadcast is listed. You can purchase tapes of every broadcast The Hour of the Time has ever done. The broadcast is also archived all over the internet, some people even posted it before 9/11 happened if you check the date of upload.
