Well...it's a real problem!...GP send patients to a Urologist .....who prescribes floomax detrol etc....years later the individual has a sleep study....finds out they have severe apnea...go on cpap therapy...and no more nocturia...usually years down the line....(I know first hand) ...If the urologist explores apnea...he loses a patient..

is there a correlation between severity of sleep apnea and severity of nocturia? just thinking, more ANP produced more night time peeing.
