Lets see, they filed freedom of information paperwork with 350 police agencies, my guess is there is NOT one that ONLY tracks based on a warrant secured via a court with a judges signature .

Why, because they have Homeland Security, and the passage of additional security invasive types of laws in every Congressional session since before Ronald Regan. Every month or two I hear of another one that I was not aware of, created years ago....Total fail, bet FEMA Fusion Centers loves em!

@1eyednewt facebook, twitter and "Smart phones" were all so blatantly designed to track citizens, and not only that but make them PAY to be tracked (cell phones + plans) and MORE than willingly offer their whereabouts via tweeting, consenting to GPS location on their phone, etc... i saw it from like 666 miles away. sheople, they cannot help it - they dont' know they're stupid...
