before i knew about upgrading firmware after jailbreaking etc, i upgraded haha, and managed to get rid of installer and cydia etc. is there a way to get it back? i dont want to mess up my phone completely : / cheers.

I have a first gen iphone with 2.2.1 on it. Its jailbroken and now will not give me any bars for my phone. basicly I cant use my phone . Any suggestions.

You will need to jailbreak your iPhone again and apply the unlock with it using either PwnageTool or QuickPwn.

no you back it up then you update it and everything will be saved i did that but you wont have a jailbroken iphone 3g but you could jailbreak again
