One: I'm not sure if you realize or not, but it's a joke. Two: it's for personas. If you read the description, it's quite clear why this video was made. Lastly, I'm speaking for myself with this video, as I would NOT like my persona to have cat ears, because it would not represent me, and because I enjoy being original and plain.
