My mum died 7 years ago and i took all her house into mine . The one thing that keeps me going is : her clock that my son bought her as a birthday present , when i am in my livingroom sometimes the pedulum swings ( which i think ? she is with me ) other times when things are not ok ? it doesn't swing ? do you think my mum is still with me ?

Its often called channeling, inspired speaking, or even that old term of overshadowing but trance is a loose term these days used for hypnosis,sleep, even any relaxed state whilst fully conscious. I experience deeper states of physical trance but I don't see it as mediumship as Im not in control and can't do it at will, there is a definate vibration that runs through the soul at the point of seperation much like OBE.

I would say a 'trance' is an involuntary method of a spirit form giving a messages as I've yet to control it from start to finish.
Standard mediumship is in the form of images, video and metephors in the imagenation or minds eyes. However you want to frame it.
Fine line between mediumship and mental illness and some of your videos are very good and interesting while others seem slightly out of balance.
No offense intended mind, I think I'm mad most of the time anyway :)
