Well, I went vegetarian, I lost weight, and I think my skin looks a lot smoother and glowy. Of course I've also been staying away from sugar because it reaps havoc on your cells and causes oxidative damage. If you eat meat, especially low quality meat like beef or pork, your body spends a lot of energy breaking it down when that energy could be used to repair other cells. Vegetarians live longer (as long as they're eating healthy) and usually get way more vitamins.
All the vitamins recommended daily can be achieved from multi vitamins, so one does not have to be a vegetarian to recieve them. However, vegetarians miss out on things like WHEY protein(give or take how extreme they are), which is very important.
Vegetarians usually get more vitamins because they're eating more fruits and vegetables and are more likely to be aware and concerned about what they're eating in terms of nutrition. Besides that, some meat just isn't good for you! It takes 2 acres of land to produce 55 lbs of meat. If you think about how many people eat meat, and how many obese and wasteful americans are...think of how much land is wasted...methane, the greenhouse effect, global warming, people starving in other countries

You've got it twisted. You can eat meat in a healthy way and still go just as long as anyone else. You bring up fast food. Last time I checked NO ONE said Fast food was good for you. BUT one can still eat fast food moderately and it will have no effect on their sex life.
If fast food makes you feel bad and sluggish, then you must be one of "those people". I assure you dear, someone who eats what you hate could go twice as long as you can. You just have to find them.

Second of all, EVERYONE knows that the supper bowl has commercials that are innapropriate for kids, and sometimes unexpected things happen on live TV such as the Janet insident. Well, I went vegetarian, I lost weight, and I think my skin looks a lot smoother and glowy. Of course I've also been staying away from sugar because it reaps havoc on your cells and causes oxidative damage. If you eat meat, especially low quality meat like beef or pork, your body spends a lot of energy breaking it down when that energy could be used to repair other cells. Vegetarians live longer (as long as they're eating healthy) and usually get way more vitamins.

All the vitamins recommended daily can be achieved from multi vitamins, so one does not have to be a vegetarian to recieve them. However, vegetarians miss out on things like WHEY protein(give or take how extreme they are), which is very important.

Vegetarians usually get more vitamins because they're eating more fruits and vegetables and are more likely to be aware and concerned about what they're eating in terms of nutrition. Besides that, some meat just isn't good for you! It takes 2 acres of land to produce 55 lbs of meat. If you think about how many people eat meat, and how many obese and wasteful americans are...think of how much land is wasted...methane, the greenhouse effect, global warming, people starving in other countries

Nothing wrong with this AD. Being banned shows people are offended by the truth that vegetarians/vegans do have better sex than people with clogged arteries &that are obese. Vegetarians and vegans all live shorter than meat eaters, it's an established scientific fact, and they're also more susceptible to hypoglycemia and diabetes, even more so than one would be with a balanced diet of meat and vegetables.
