It is hard to decide whether you should file but debt consolidation is a scam. I am so glad that i went thru with filing chapter 7. Thank you so much Mr. West i appreciate all that your and your staff did for me everyone was so friendly.

So true! I tried debt consolidation and it ruined my credit and my interest rates kept going up. I was also sued and when I called to complain they said creditor participation is voluntary and there was nothing they could do for me.

I have to agree! I have tried debt consolidation and I'm very sad to say that it DOES NOT work and it has only put me in debt further! It is very misleading debt consolidation firms promising debt relief however they don't mention all the hoops you have to jump through nor the failure or drop out rates! Bankruptcy is a hard decision to come to but going with the right attorney makes all the difference!
