Umm, I snurched that pic while I was surfing the web on my phone, so I don't remember. It's not from an episode, it was a SG-1 party of some type, sorry ... That's the best my Swiss cheese mind can offer!

I know she's not on Atlantis anymore because The Powers That Be decided to replace her with Woolsey, but as far as I know she's still alive; otherwise she wouldn't have been in Continuum, which takes place after the Season 5 premiere of Atlantis.

It's from the Season 7 episode, "Evolution, Part Two", if I remember correctly. You mean the picture with Sam in a sling, right?

It was in an alternate timeline.
And I also heard that she was coming back to Atlantis for the very last episode, which incidentally is also the 100th episode :P
