Tsunami is actually expensive as I said to somebody else. It deserves to be expensive too since it can be used at the end of the player's turn. Add to the fact that damage powers gradually weaken an enemy navy's strength and you'll see why it's a headache that would be broken if average cost. The problem with it in Campaign is an en masse of units to speed up the COP chargeups.
BTW, something I recently discovered pertaining to the Nintendo Wars series: indirects in Super Famicom Wars have *gasp* less overall firepower. AA Missiles can't OHK air units without luck and the indirects deal less damage to vehicles for the most part too. Tanks particularly take less damage, with the REAL Medium Tanks already taking the same amount from them as AW2 Neotanks. Imagine the grief they have killing Large Tanks there.
And what I was wondering if it was the random rain getting to you. Guess not.

Sandstorms can annoy Max. They won't touch his Artillery though. His Rocket Launchers are already junk and AA Missile Launchers in general are junk as well, and Piprunners have their mobility restricted too. He's only really hit by them in navy wars where the indirects have insanity range until they're hit by the -2 Range.
Heh. Comparing Cruisers to Large Tanks, I see? I've had my fair share of annoyance with Cruiser hunting in Advance Wars 2's War Room. It's even worse that Cruisers are the cheapest navy units beside Landers. They should have been nerfed in navy wars, or possibly other navy units lawndarted.
