  • I love your teaching, most people are so vague when explaining this program or they take it too fast, but you are perfect.

  • Excellent Work Mr. Beck !

You are teaching me a great deal about Blender. One of my students mentioned the program and we are currently learning it together. Your tutorials are the best! - I have recommemded them to my students and their response is very positive. You are an inspiration to us all! Thanks for all your effort!

  • @mrbriangriffith Thanks! I have had several teachers contact me about these tutorials to say they have used them in class. I'm always glad to hear that other students are getting the opportunity to learn about it.

    Thanks again!

  • i wish i was in your class!

  • Oh my god, thank you so much. XD I couldn' figure out for the longest time how to select the vertices. I did it once, and forgot how almost instantly after.

  • I don't get it..if the kids are learning from a video then what are you doing in the meantime?

  • Technology like this has an important place in today's classroom.

I use instructional videos for review purposes. Generally, when working with software like this, I'll direct teach it first. Kids who were absent or have questions I know can be answered through a review of the video are directed to watch the video to get caught up/review.

Many times, I'll teach the lesson then have the kids watch the video the next day to review before we move on.

5 minutes well spent in my opinion.

  • Thanks for clarifying you are a good teacher indeed.

  • Very nice tutorials and very clear voice motivating for learning. your students are lucky. unless you give them a lot of Fs

  • how to get a invisble brick what they called a "domain"

  • Those houses were excellent, the attention to the layout fabulous, typical of the council state in England i believe they were modelled on, Even the proportions of the windows and the garden areas was excellent. Seems a bit of a shame you didn't go into the houses, or did a bit more details, but i suppose maybe Blender would have slowed down... Great work though :)

  • When you create the UV Sphere when you preas G, you can middle click and it will set it in the centre of the cube if you haven't moved it. You have a nice clear voice and instruct well.

  • when i press 0 (zero) it erases my objects instead of looking through the camera

  • You are probably hitting zero on the number bar above the keyboard. Use the keypad.
