The movie came across well up to where the green man turns into a policeman.
Then it got worse. The rest of the animation seemed rushed for the sake of product completion. Quite obviously, the forms and tempi of movements were not very well arranged.
Story wise, initially it wasn't clear who was the hero. The use of Shrek (with a missing belly) as a villain was rather confusing as he's known as a hero in other versions.
Overall, a good beginner animation, but not impressive.
