@wyattlisadana They work and make the power they advertise - unlike the worthless missouri wind "turbines" which are nothing more than a badly converted car alternator with many owner complaints. Yes, made in America but doesn't work, they don't back their product with warranty and rips off American workers. No thanks. I'll spend my money on this chinese turbine that works rather than a rip off made here in America.

@wyattlisadana I've owned two Winmax turbines for over two years and never had any problems. I did buy some cheap Raptor blades and a PMA from Missouri Wind and Solar and that was junk. The PMA which is a badly converted car alternator does not put out the power they advertise. The Raptor blades had chunks missing from the edges after six months and are so poorly made they all weigh differently and won't start turning until 12 mph - they are junk made here in America.

I'm a proud owner of a wind max hy-400. I have tried most of the competition and wasted money. It wasn't until after I tired most of the do it your self turbines before I finally stumbled across wind max. This turbine is exactly what they say it is in the spec's and I have posted a few video's of the hy-400 12v 5 blade low wind model. I plan on putting 5-6 more of them up on my barn starting this year. Thanks wind max for a great product.

Wow !!! I have to say I was a little skeptical.  Windmax is a trustworthy company that not only sold me a turbine, but educated about renewable energy. There are a lot of competitors out there but no one can beat Windmax's Prices and Customer Service.
