@alexandro121 bumper with winch was around $1,500. Steel plate in front was around $250, and I also put on more steel plates under the car to and on the diffs.

@babypaco23 just at my jeep dealer, they are upgrades you can get at any jeep dealer, but there are also tons of great bumpers and steel plating available online, quadratec is one great site.

yeah, jeeps are awesome. i flipped mine 4 times on the interstate, and my 2 friends were fine, i got a little messed up but lived because of the roll bar!

@Promegzingxo only thing wrong was slight dent in hood that i painted, new hood clamp, and new cone for bumper, all this cost about $100 total (way less than my deductible if I had it covered under insurance).

@crispyspa no dash cam, too bad because I do have a go pro I coulda had up there. Well the guy appologized to me before the cops got there, admitting it was his fault. When the cops got there they separated us though, not sure what tickets he got or what he told them; I got a ticket for no up to date insurance card on me, and failure to reduce speed.

You should replace the hook safety latch. It's only a couple of bucks and take it from a guy that uses hooks and chains on a daily basis....you want the safety latch. In certain situations, you will miss it.

jeeps are strong. My mom has a '98 Jeep Laredo and she crashed with a toyota. the same thing happen to my mom and the toyota flipped. the front of the jeep was not that messed up. but the other car all of his windows broke. this happened one year ago.

I have a 2000 jeep wrangler and i rolled it over in a trench and winched it out and nothing happened to it. didn't have to paint or replace anything on it. not even the plastic fenders. Jeeps are bricks

@JRESHOW hell yeah, I actually wasn't really worried this time. And the only very small paint chips are in the front grill(which doesn't look bad at all,and could be replaced for like $200 - plus insurance might just put a new one on anyways even though it has so little damage), and the hood had that bend/paint chip that I fixed. Other then that, it looks brand new.

4X4's are just great. I drive a Land Rover Defender and had an accident last year. A guy was overtaking me and came to early to the right. He hit the left front end of my bumper (full steel). His damage: ripped of his complete rear bumper, lost one of his rear doors, his right rear wing complete damaged etc etc. total amount Euro 4.500,- (more than 5000 dollar). I had 3 scratches on my bumper. total amount: 00,00

@Young1Bloodz Nice, they are good strong cars that is for sure! I do have an upgraded heavy steel bumper as well as an upgraded steel plate in the front of my jeep which probably also helped a bit, but stock is still darn strong and safe. Both drivers are fine.

@DarkPlagueStudios he swerved in front of me going like 40, he was going slow cus it was raining. I was driving between 55 and 60(speed limit 55). He pulled right in front of me, and my jeep is bit mud tires(not so good for quick stopping specially in lots of rain/wet roads). I hit my brakes but slammed into him. His whole trunk was destroyed, i could see his golf clubs in there! But it just happened, court isn't for a month or so.
