  • @LeBlakeRS no I won't ill call it the handbrake like the rest of the world. Try and keep up, and stop making shit box yank tanks

  • dang better than my fwd drifting lol, check my vids out please!

  • @alexeddy79 your drifting is dangerous to the public. i should send your videos to the police.

  • reverse entry fwd then ill be impressed.

  • He just locks the e-brake and pulls the back end around the turn.. Still, has to be pretty hard to do

  • Why the fuck do Americans call it the e-brake? I use it everytime I park. Or stop. It's not a fuckin emergency!

  • Comment removed

  • @spencer19811

have you ever driven an american car?

the main brake is not really a powerfull brake...and the handbrake is a foot pedal...

  • @spencer19811 cause it was originally designed for when you foot brake goes out...

  • @spencer19811 Won't be saying that once you get brake fade going down a huge hill.. It'll be an emergency then.

  • Nice!!

Check out my channel got a cool video of me fwd drifting in my courier van at 17yo haha pretty cool

  • i knew it cud b done

  • Ass dragging :D

  • Comment removed

  • how many of you ever drove a car? drifting using the hand brake isnt used in racing, search for ralley drifting thats racing

  • I used to be a profesional drifter like you...................until i took an arrow to the knee

  • @juniormega150 i used to be an adventurer like you

  • @juniormega150 Skyrim?

  • Powerslide is not a drift...

  • Give me a hand brake and I'll drift a golf cart.

  • @DjShiftD sadly this is drifting.....by definition but anybody who somewhat knows drifting will say powersliding

  • That's called powersliding... not drifting... powersliding a fwd is simple, so I sold my honda and bought a real car to drift

  • @DjShiftD

    fwd = Tail dragging

    awd = powersliding

    rwd = drifting

  • drifting= controlled oversteer they are contorlling oversteer therefore its drifting:)

  • Japanese are like Chuck Norris

  • this is defenitely drifting. drifting is controlled sliding and i dont see them going off the track so yeah

  • haha, same concept as rwd...

  • id like to see all your rwd D riders challange this guy and beat hime with your rwd. you would probably feel fucking stupid after wards talking shit over the internet. grow the fuck up. i own a 240z so im not d riding honda just logic here. good day

  • You see?!? The point in FWD drift is just to hit e-brake just in time, just like in RWD drive for throtle!!

  • i once saw japanese drift a toaster

  • @ItsMrWinters Dont know about the japanese but spongebob sure can. /watch?v=BBgiU_rNDxs

  • Just aint real drift IMO :(

  • lol @ the S14 hes probably like "the fuck?"

  • Shit. The japanese could drift a rock if they wanted to..

  • Anything can oversteer if you know what your doing.

  • if you are convinced that an FF can drift then you seriously need to be shot in the face and pissed on for it... thumbs up if you have enough common sense to know the difference between a drift and a fancy looking powerslide

  • @bdysntchr7 It's called "FF drifting", you dumbass. Look up any old-school CARBOY, OPTION, or DRIFT CLUB (before there was Dori-Ten) videos, there were as many FFs as there were FRs, nobody cared and got butt-hurt over drivetrain layout, everybody just got sideways and had fun. But nooooo, here in US (and elsewhere, outside of Japan), all the ricers had to prove themselves, "oh we don't drive FFs anymore - FRs FTW"...what a bunch of pathetic losers. And you call yourself an enthusiast. How sad.

  • @bdysntchr7 FUCK YOU NOOB!

  • Comment removed

  • WTF what is this Tokyo drift??!!!

  • Oh boy thats pretty funny looking ass dragging that thing through the corner with the ebrake the whole time!!!! Im not hatin i have never seen fwd do that lol!!!

  • @wideopendrifting How long have you been into cars? And you call yourself an expert... kids these days.

  • this guy has skills no doubt but its still a powerslide.. once you lose inersia, you lose the ability to keep the car sideways and last time i checked, thats not drifting. stop fooling yourselves...

  • @bdysntchr7 You do know the inertia technique is used in FWD, RWD, & AWD right? Fool.

  • @Cripton805 sounds like you on that honda dick pretty hard.. u must not be able to read either because you comment makes no sense.. u can't even get sideways at all in an ff without inertia dumbass

  • @bdysntchr7 How does it not make sense? It's a complete functional correct sentence. You're the prick that can't spell or fully understand the english language. Inertia is used in FWD, RWD, & AWD. Noobie drifters use the inertia drift quite commonly. You can drift anything if you have the skill. Some people don't call FWD drifting, but it is what it is. You can't drift without the E-brake, but doesn't have to do with inertia since you use that technique in all types of drivetrain.

  • @Cripton805 yep you DEFINITELY drive a honda lol you can convince yourself that an ff can drift all you want but the fact still stands that its a powerslide end of story. how bout i put semi-slicks in the back and rip out the e-brake of your car and watch you try to "drift" then

  • @bdysntchr7 Powerslide? It's doesn't even use power to drift (or slide) in the first place. You noob. That's what FRs do, not FFs.

  • @apexdna power has nothing to do with a powerslide lmao its pretty clear who the real noob is here

  • @bdysntchr7 Since when? FWDs cannot induce oversteer under their own power...

  • @apexdna which is exactly why they cannot drift. iim not even trying to argue lol ff's cant drift and thats just the way it is, i'll say it a million times. ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift ff's can't drift... you get the point....

  • @bdysntchr7 Yeah, tell that to hundreds of guys in Japan drifting FFs... this year marked the 4th FF drift only competition in Japan, I mean, they had them before from time to time but not as recurring. Pick up a Dori-Ten magazine from your local Kinokinuya bookstore, there's bound to be a feature on FF drifting or at least something on the subject. Get your head out of your ass, you silly ricer.

  • @apexdna still a powerslide :)

  • @bdysntchr7 In an FR car? Sure, but again, only if the slide was induced using the power of the rear wheels, anything else like using the handbrake or performing a scandinavian flick is just a slide. In an FF, there's no power to rear wheels, and while the 1.5-way LSD might help rotate the car a bit, it's far from actually making it slide when cornering...

  • @bdysntchr7 ignorance is bliss i bet :D.. come to japan, where it "ALL" started.. we will show you

  • @Cripton805 It's called "FF drifting" for a reason.

  • @bdysntchr7 Oh, there are plenty of other ways to get the FF sideways, expect for ONE - powersliding.

  • if it aint RWD it sure aint drift numbnutz

  • he using the e brake! fuckn gay!

  • @milldabeast519 yeah wtf did you think on how to let a fwd car slide you bein watching toykot drift a bit to much

  • @tuned4life its called momentum levarage and skill. i drive a fwd auto and i dont have an ebrake and i can put that bitch sideways

  • @milldabeast519 yeah but that doesnt mean ebrake is gay so you call the d1 drifters that use the ebrake are gay ??

  • @tuned4life yes. ass draging is gay

  • @milldabeast519 okay good for you but they can drift 100 times better then you so who are you to tell that that is gay you are one of many ignorant people that already have a opinion while not even doing it your self and you probably didnt even come up with it your self you probably got this opinion from some one else and you thought thats cool why not let it be my opinion.

    ciao

  • @tuned4life 100 times better? says who ?no i got my opinion from doing e brake slides in gay ass hondas and its easy compared to powersliding a fwd with no e brake. u fuckn idiot. this ass dragging doesnt take a lotta practice. once ur old enough 2 drive u may realize that.....

  • @milldabeast519 yeah and drifting and power sliding is the same go and drive some for fwd cars bro

  • @tuned4life ass dragging is gay.....

  • @tuned4life drifting and powersliding are the same?? your kidding right?

  • @bdysntchr7 it was sarcasm bro

  • it´s still gay ass hell :P

  • controlled skidding...

  • Gay...

  • put some trays in the back tires

  • holy flat spots batman

  • watch?v=95SYdjRVCR0&feature=related

  • that's pretty fucking damn good for FWD though....

  • its "possible" but you need more power to drag that ass than you would with a rwd

  • egg'd tyres anyone?

  • Who cares about drifting its for clowns looks like a dam circus of cars doing a show with clown music even with rwd cars. drag and circuit is the shiznit

  • @swat305GINO I think you'll find many people who find drifting to be the "shiznit." Opinions are opinions, I guess...

  • I love how many times he pulls the ebrake during one drift. It's not a drift its a powerslide

  • @stupiddeep no. a drift is a powerslide but a powerslide isnt a drift. powerslide is a slide while the rear wheels are still spinning.

  • @Messi1ne You got it backwards. When I or anyone else drifts the back wheels are spinning, it's how you keep the back end out. Not this shit where he just locks up the rear wheels with his ebrake and flat spots a set of tires every time he goes out.

  • Is the back end out? yes. Is he maintaining speed? yes. Is he breaking traction? yes. Does he keep control throughout the pass? yes. Therefor he is drifting, it doesn't matter if he is locking up the rear wheels, RWD cars do the, in principle, the same thing as the civic is doing, breaking traction. Instead of power sliding for continuous lose of traction, the civic is locking the wheels. Read up the definition of drift before your next rebuttal.

  • @Messi1ne I doubt he has full control over the angle of the slide. He can keep it out and get it to come back in, but that doesn't mean he has FULL control over the angle of the slide.

  • @stupiddeep are you blind and retarded?, the video is right there! If he didn't have full control do you think he'd still be on the track? think your username should be DeeplyStupid.

  • @Messi1ne He has control over the car but not the angle of the slide. He can't swing it a tiny bit he's gotta swing it all the way out. Tj1056 is right you need to use throttle control to keep a "proper" drift going. This is not a proper drift.

  • @Messi1 if you were somewhat competent you would look up the definition of drifting and realize that fwd can not do it. a drift is when the car is sideways (which fwd can do) but the rear wheels need to be spinning faster than the is the car is moving. if they are locked then it is just a controlled slide. i am not knocking fwd. controlled slides are almost as fun as drifting, i would say as much fun but drifting makes more smoke and is therefore cooler

  • @456logan If you weren't flat out retarded as the rest of you guys, DRIFTING is also SLIDING. The definition of drifting isn't "rear wheels must spin faster than the car is moving", what can of half ass definition is that? I'm not saying it's the cleanest drifting or the most COOLEST as you would put it. BUT IT IS STILL DRIFTING, IT HAS ALL THE ELEMENTS OF DRIFTING THEREFOR IT CAN BE DEFINED AS DRIFTING. I bet you have never drifted in real life, you watch videos, think your a pro, talk shit.

  • @Messi1ne i do not think i am pro but i can say i have drifted in real life, i am on the baja team at my university and currently race for them, what kind of driving experience do you currently have? i would love to hear about it. oh and i will elaborate on what a drift is since you were not satisfied. a driver can keep a drift going as long as he wants, or at least until the tires fall off. in fwd you have to use the handbrake therefore your always loosing speed, not drifting

  • @456logan You don't get it do you... a drift is the angle of the car or anything in that matter that is relative to it's current trajectory. I'll make it simple for you, if a car is travelling north and the car is actually facing northwest that is a drift. DRIFTING is the motor sport that uses A DRIFT, the civic is facing a it's trajectory at a angle, not only that but he is also controlling the drift, not by power sliding but by "ass-dragging" Therefor he is drifting btw 4 years circuit racing

  • actually call it what you want, he's doing it anyhow.

  • @Messi1ne also in the definition of drifting is that you use the control of throttle in the rear tires to keep a proper drift going...

  • @Tj1056 No, thats not in the definition of drifting. Right now you explained how to do it, not what it is. There are different ways of doing things, just because you find something 'gay' or 'stupid' doesn't mean he's doing it wrong, he's doing it a different way which WORKS.

  • @Messi1ne so I explained how to do it but my definition of drifting is wrong? I think you are just wrong... you are fucking stupid becuase I never said anything about something 'gay' or 'stupid'.... I just explained how it works like you just said... what he is doing is called 'ass dragging' or 'powerslideing' ...

  • @Tj1056 powerfuckingsliding is RWD only, get your shit straight or GTFO

  • @Messi1ne you have no idea what your talking about... stop pulling shit out of your ass...

  • imagine the flatspots on the back tyres

  • this puts and end to those fwd rumors

  • That takes skill

  • im trying that shit on NFS Shift 2 =P

  • Most video on youtube with the title ''FWD Drift'' sucks, but this is real drifting... With a FWD lol

  • @levelvtl thats because most of the cars on a youtube videos with a title of fwd drift dont have forced induction and enough speed and torque to make the drift looks clean and fast.

  • Are u sick, the camera man is bad?

  • It is true that they'r aliens . Yellow people can do anything, exept sex.

  • @QuadroHex wow... you must be right.. how else would they procreate if they cant sex?!

  • and just what are the announcers saying?

  • Impressive skill but not drifting in the least atleast imo. They are using a forced controllable over-steer in every corner to create the appearance of a drift. You can slide fwd cars through corners fast i"ve done it myself, but try that on a tight downhill corner and it wont work. fwd is known under-steer and even with the best suspension you cant eliminate that. Also hondas as well as most other fwd vehicles have unequal drive shafts. One is longer than the other effecting power transfer

  • The Japanese have invented drifting. If you say that this is drifting, then we must believe them :)

  • you need a big handbrake system

  • poor civic =/

  • I might be wrong but it looks like the rear tires are completely bald and he's locking them to lose traction and slide while counter steering. Pretty impressive but I don't think it's true drifting.

  • @dammit525 those are tires specifically designed for drifting, they're almost completely bald. they are designed this way to reduce traction to the least amount, the tread on normal tire allow the tire to bend and shift to maximize grip. a drift tire has no flexibility so you have maximum friction and minimal traction.

  • Not drifting. Powersliding.

  • @DanEllisRacing35

powersliding is, if the front wheels are NOT looking in the driving direction. but they do ..

  • @DanEllisRacing35 powersliding is RWD only. tard.

  • Daaamn these Jap bastards are fucking crazy, crazier than those Arab bastards that drift them bikes! But damn these goddamn Japanaese just drifted a toaster- like car, I bet money they can drift a fucking TV, hell I bet they can drift a bug if they can drift them Civic($)

  • @TheHm3

i've never seen an arab drifting a bike. if you're talking about that bicycle doughnuts video that's not arab.

  • dude

    what?

im finally know how to drift a FWD!

    sorry the japanese already did

  • @navy0vette y are so against the fact that its still call a drift eventho its jus power sliding... U dont invent drifting so u dont kno shit... Those r japanese sport rite there so if they call it a drift then its a drift. Japanese has proven this so that every FWD driver out there cn join in the fun of DRIFTING.

  • good thing its FWD cuz hes gonna need it to drag his chariot of sparks once those tires blow from locking them so much lol. still, i have to say, this requires its own level of skill to pull off. its just very limited style wise. id like to see it done on a downhill :-)

  • You are not drifting in a FWD car. A drift can theoretically be extended in a continuous circle (no, not a doughnut). Using power and counter steer one can do a continuous drift with RWD and AWD, but not FWD.

In FWD, you are simply locking up the rear tires which causes traction there to be less than in front, so the rear tires want to SLIDE ahead of the front.

Welcome to reality. You CANNOT drift in FWD.

  • You can drift anything, just its a lot harder to drift a FF then an FR.

  • I found out they call this ass-dragging.. lmfao

  • no one will ever top the top comments...

  • lmao it looks like a dog with worms

  • That kant be good for the rear tires..... locking it up that much.. trust me i know.

  • technology speaking, thats not drifting but a power slide. Drifting is when a wheel burns out losing traction thus the car "drift" while losing its balance. All the driver is doing is shifting the weight of the rear of the car and locking the E-brake which looks like its drifting but in reality.......its only sliding.

But does this take some real skills to achieve???? Fuck yeah......

  • how u drift with a fwd,e-brake or down shifting ??

  • @choyleefutkid1

You pump the E-Brake till the tires lock and then as soon as they to push the throttle. and u are in for a ride.. Good Luk! And Your basically powersliding not drifting

  • ok guys... if anyone even argues about "if this is drifting" doesnt have any clue. any1 with knowledge of drifting would no that this isnt drift. BUT for real, what even he is doing on the video is really wicked and nice, whatever you wanna call it: power slide, e-brake lock, sliding, turning....but this isnt drifting.

  • i wonder how many kids totalled their civics after watching this and thinking "OMG THIS MEANS I CAN DRIFT MY CIVIC!!!"

  • those tires must be bumpy! :D

  • give them a Horse Cart and you'll see it in D1 in few weeks, drifting

  • i drifted a bike once...right at a stop light...and it was a pedal bike, not motor

  • I drifted like that in my tricycle once.

  • Drifting is basically the art of taking a car sideways through a corner. Little kids on Big Wheels can drift. Will say, gonna have to be replacing those rear tire a lot lol.

  • i bet the guy showed up and said was like fuck it ill drift this shit lol

  • can you say flat spots? lol

  • ppl need to stop with the "this is not drifting" thing..... japanese ppl invented drifting so they noe wht is drifting and wht is not !

  • this guy is going to be doing this on his hover round when hes older

  • hohoho.... amazing...

  • i bet those rear tires look like squares after a few laps.

  • SKILLS

  • holy shit....

  • I can see the rear wheel stop spinning sometimes so I guess they use the e-brake for FWD drifting too.

  • @n3rdbear thats the only way to drift in a fwd car.

  • with enough power i could do this, too

  • those tires,,, ouch.

  • I bet japanese can drift monocycles

  • @EvripidesCelicakias I have no experience with motorcycles at all, but I'm pretty sure it can be done... I can't recall If I've actually seen it or not...

  • @lostcause525 I said, MONOcycles, which are the bikes with one wheel xD

  • The japanese will find a way to use mind power to drift hot wheels cars around a dinner table. xD

    "The Einsteins of Drifting."

  • lol n i thought i was good in the wet in my mk6 fiesta 4 door standard 1.25L :P LOL i think id roll the car at that speed....

  • if i try this with my car it will drift me...

  • The japanese can beat chuck norris at drifting, Chuck in a FWD, The Japanese in a No Wheel Drive Brick...

  • Hell the japs could drift a damn unicycle xD

  • @jakeawockeez i have the strange urge to prove you right...... LOL

  • i wanna see the japanese drift a shopping cart...and everything inbetween...

  • dammn how the hell u do that on a FWD car that is amazing..

  • @STF043 unsettle the car, oversteer it then rip the e-brake and anti wheel lock. Presto just youtube how to drift a FWD car, they should tell you how

  • @ClicheRomanceband thx for the tip bro ill try that wish me luck ahah..

  • @ClicheRomanceband ahaha try pulling it up and you willsuceed, that is all.

    Grow some balls.

  • i remember the japanese kids in my neighbourhood drift their tricycles

  • Comment removed

  • I once saw a Japanese drifting a horse...

  • i have even seen japanese people drifting bicycles Link: .youtube watch?v=mVEplV1yL_8

  • @zrox2k

    yep! Here it is

  • @zrox2k

There's a stupid Bollywood action movie where a guy powerslides a horse underneath a semi-truck trailer during a chase scene.

  • @luminaeus

LOL. Yeah I remember that one.
