  • hi, cool work...i plan to make large fenders for my car...any ideas,

  • Well not really, not without know more. But Fenders should be pretty simple and easy, especially if you have the original fender.

  • Thanks for posting these videos! This is exactly the kind of thing I have been looking for. I have to make parts for my old car and can't figure out how to make sure they are perfectly symmetrical (like, left fender and right fender). I think this will help.

  • Glad to help thats why we post these videos to show thats its not impossible and that quality results can be achieved.

  • @uglybob6666 if still actual check boat building. very old tech

  • hi BaileyBlade very intresting on how you made your own kit.

but wondering could you take a simple shell aka a plastic bumper make a mold out of it and then cutting peaces out two make a new bumper ??? that what i was thinking but i have not done anything like this before but would that work the way that i describe ???

  • Yeah you could make a mold off a bumper and then make a copy of it for you to sculpt. That would save the original design.

  • Thanks well its defiantly not guess work. It would take a lot of text to explain the whole process, I cover just about everything we did in the rest of our videos. Check them out.

  • what is the tool you are using to shape the foam? a hot wire?
