You can't on PS2. GH3 can only be modified on PC. GH1 and GH2 can be modified on PS2.

True, but some of the hard stuff on REAL guitar isn't the same as the hard crap on GH. For example, there was one part on there that was impossible for guitar hero but was nothing more than a double tap.
