In a free democracy, people need to be educated about what's going on in the world so they can make intelligent decisions about their goverment.

Same with computers. This has nothing to do with net neutrality. If you don't like AT&T's business, don't give them your money. Don't allow the govt. to regulate the internet; look at what a great job the FCC does with TV and Radio.

Net regulation by the federal government is a BAD IDEA. Can you imagine having a "fairness doctrine" imposed on bloggers? You can bet your ass that they WILL interpret data exchange as "Interstate Commerce" and being taxation and control of content distribution. Copowi and Google have already committed to Net Neutrality without having their arm twisted by the government. Use your market power.
