all i done was knock the second dairy cat out with a bar and hammer put on a glass pack (cherry bomb) then run 2.25 flex pipe out the back with a long ass toner tip u see mainly on trucks and sounds exactly the same for the price of 68 bucks!!!! just gotta know what your doing to make you car sound good n dont get me started on my cold air intake lol same way and works!!!
@carsnwomen91if prob the cat back. most people go for that like right off the bat. axle backs just sound like shit and people laugh at the noise. his sounds GOOD so far...but dont know if hes replacing cat before y-pipe. or if hes even replacing cat. or what. but my preferance/educated guess would about a grand if he's not cheap. ....i gotta go, lol my girl called, gotta go pick her up off work, she never drives. I LOVE IT

I had a 97 Maxima with factory mods and body kit and it sounded awesome. At normal road speed it was quiet but put your foot down and it was like a herd of banshees was up your arse. I used to regularly head home after work at 3.00am and wind it out to 200kph 'cause I loved the sound. Don't know if the neighbours liked it so much but.
@ComfortablyxNumb59 VERY good taste.....have you seen then newer maxima adds?, they 'like' took the 370 and made it a four door, called it the maxima. Fuckin nissan knows how to get their money
@harleeburnz206 yeah man, thanks! My mom owns a brand new Maxima. The car is sick, especially because of the design! The interior is gorgeous too. Just wish it came with a six-speed manual. Also, unfortunately our mint '97 SE got hailed on earlier this year during a tornado.. and my brother sold his Corvette Z06, so my he is currently trashing the Max. Insurance won't fix it. Fucking pissed. We bought that car brand new, so it's definitely sad. SOLID car though. What are you driving?
@ComfortablyxNumb59 97 SE, i bought it about 2 years ago, unfortunately the passanger side has a huge scrape mark from the prior owner(s), this car has a history where i live, like the first couple of weeks i got pulled over by cops and surrounded because they wanted to see if i was the prior owner, no lights just followed me until i stopped then i was blocked in by about 3 or more cop cars with cops on foot on each side of my car like i was gonna get out and run, i didnt even see them coming
lol I'm not really sure. Like I said it has the Stillen Catback Exhaust and extruded honed intake(i think thats what it is)They were really well together. Stillen specializes in Nissan so I wouldn't expect anything less. The exhaust is not as loud as Greddy when your just riding normal,but when you get on it sounds like awesome.
I just wanna mention about the intake. It is huge! The mouth of the filter that goes onto the metal attachment is approximately 6 inches wide. More air = more power and growl. I think it is actually better than CAIs, but I wanna find out the difference in the near future.
