@turkwize At the beginning of the video there is a tag explaining how to do the conversion. Hope it helps :)
I just noticed that this has no liquid other than the vanilla and the eggs, is that right? just wondering
ambarmarr1 5 months ago
@ambarmarr1 Yes. The eggs give enough liquid to the batter. You could add a little bit of water if necessary

Hi Nivia, would you recommend this cake recipe for an upside down pineapple cake? Thanks!

If I do my own self rising flour do I omit the 2 tsp of baking powder? Also may I have the recipe in cups? Pls n thnk u
josephc100279 7 months ago
@josephc100279 If you add more baking powder the cake could sink in the middle. About cups, you would have to research because I never use cups as measurement.

josephc100279 9 months ago
@josephc100279 You will need to add baking powder. Google to see how to make self-raising flower.

honeyzway 1 year ago
@honeyzway I just think it doesnt turn out as fluffy as like it to be. There is one that I prefer. It is from a book called Cupcakes and fairycakes
what if i make a 12 or 14 inch?
Pifigenia 1 year ago
@Pifigenia You would have to adjust the recipe. There is a formula used for that. It starts from a 6" cake tin.
8" diveded by 2 = 6"
10" = 6" multiplied by 3
12" = 6" multiplied by 5
Hope this helps
Great recipe, looks super easy and fast Can't wait to try it my self :O) Your piping looks soo neat. Thanks for sharing!
