... lol. Chakra's nothing more bullshit involving those. You should have stuck to your original psychological studies and not this pseudo-scientific chakra business.
Personal truth is not even something that exists. There is only one set of truth, universal. Just.. seems like I'm watching something incoherently put together words to make some sense.when say a scientific theorist like I comes along and just seems to make no sense of it...is there anywhere I can read a scientific study on this.
What would you pertain to be an conclusive internment of a different order when dealing with possible ramifications that originate in aspherical sense of cognative abilities?
You're welcome, its an interesting issue. Once we can transcend the ego of the lower three chakras (yet include it as an expansion of our growth) we expand to include the the spiritual aspect of the upper chakras. Something happens in that shift that can only happen if the work on the self has been done in the first place. We have to grow through all of these phases in order to transcend them, yet include their learning and experience in the higher levels of Evolution, Growth & Wholeness.
I'd say impossible to shake completely! We need a healthy ego, one that provides a sense of wholeness/ok-ness. Good Ego gives self organization and self organizing unity to the psyche. Negative Ego is extreme narcisism where the focus is on ones own small self 24/7. It is self obsesssed, self infatuation with ones own image. So negative ego contracts the Self, while Positive Ego Expands the Self. Working with the lower three Chakras we are working on expansion of the self and a healthy ego.
@phed0017 I used to constantly put my ego down until my orchestra conductor spoke of the ego being there for an extremely vital reason; namely, a kind of protection. I would bash my ego because I "just wasn't perfect enough", I felt at the time. BUT when I instead gave myself MORE ROOM by accepting my ego -- and all it's obscurities and so-called faults -- I was a lot better off, more free to witness myself honestly. Thank you for these wonderful videos, Carmel. You're an excellent teacher.

Wow, you're the first person who has told me I can have an ego. It's really a hard thing to shake completely!
