Girls doing parkour just looks odd to me. Not in a sexist way so please don't hate. It's just that in every video I have seen with them, they have a more cautious and slower style. Good video though. I enjoyed!
what kind of shoes do you recommend for parkour? I am newer, and I can practise barefoot at home but in urban areas I would kind of get several diseases.
