  • It was good but it looks like you need to drive more with the hips. Its a pretty hard throw. Stick with it.

  • you have to have enough force to take the back of your opponent to properly suplex them. Its scary, i know but perform the drill more explosive, use more leverage from your hips to make the full transition, and instead of turning your body, let your legs guide you srtaight back.
