ur wrong... his backflip is so clean. and yes he can do flips its just parkour is not about flips, its about getting from A to B the fastest way possible and by flipping ur wasting time rather than just jumping.

parkour is effectivity, for some people flip is more effective, then i mean gate vault, or flips in a vault or something.

Ye this is a good documentary on parkour/free running but to people that dont no what it is they might just think its jumpin on rooftops and jumpin from great heights bcos they do show it off quite a bit

TIP...if u wanna learn how to do the basic roll just keep watching 8;05 over nd over...i know its basic but if u do it wrong on hard ground u could really hurt yourself r if u dont do it at all u could end up worse

dude, it's a good roll, however, that's more of a dive roll, than a basic roll. he jumped into it. that's considerably harder for beginners than a basic, and slightly less important am i right?
