elastics do not speed up your fingers, it increases strength and improved coordination which will over time allow your fingers to increase in speed in a shorter amount of time

@sniper3421 you will noice in 1-2 week from practicing walking the trigger. i have nppl 09 wii and i noticed trigger speed of nmy left hand get faster than my right (lol)

this practice won't get ur speed up as mutch as some other exersizez but really gets ur enurance of your fingers up over time you will get faster
