thanku so much sanjay jee for making dis recipie im not from india but i always wanted to eat bhel puri ... its name always waterz ma mouth n i want to eat it... now i will fo sure try your recipie . once again thanku so much..
this will taste even more great if he sprinkled MUSTARD OIL. at the end. TRUST ME. Beautiful. U need to try it. I learnt this from my uncle. he was a chef in restaurnt
Well my simple home made Bhel Puri variation could be like this.
Puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber with some raw mango pieces , turmeric, chilly powder, mango powder, coriander leaves, 1/2 lemon (juice).
To spice it up some times I add Lijjat Papad (Garlic flavor) crushed in to it and this tastes different. You can also add a little bit of black pepper powder to make it more spicy.
If you want to give a little bit of exotic sweet taste add some piece of apple.
HELP ME, this looks yummi but I don't know what that yellow thing with peanut is. I also don't know what these long, yellow and very fine "savoys" are. Is this "Savaiyan"? Can it be eaten raw???
Oh No ! Why oh Why, did u remind me of this. This was my fav snack when I was in Bombay. Its been years now that im away from India n I just can't resist this. Where can I get Bhel Puri. now , right now.
Its called 'Sev" pronounced "Save". Its nothing but deep fried extruded (broken) noodles made from chickpea flour. You can find all the above ingredients in any Indian Store. Just ask for assistance...
yum yum yum yum yum....delicyaso, looking lovely, very tempting, mouth is already watering...vah chef i always wish i cud taste from your plate :-) love u, thanks for the video

@Zajalavender
Poha - dehusked rice which is flattened into flat light dry flakes
Boondi (bhundi) - little balls of fried besan batter (besan=chickpea flour)
Sev - fine strands of fried besan batter
Hope this helps.

You should put a list of the ingredients in the video description, makes it a lot easier to locate what you need to create these delicious dishes. :D

I think the precise amounts of each of the ingredients are listed on his website along with a written recipe.
Cheers,
Dustin
