  • Where I can get puffed rice

  • @gulalai09 u cn get it any supermarkets

  • Vah re Vah......... You rock.! Mouthwatering!

  • Well my simple home made Bhel Puri variation could be like this.

Puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber with some raw mango pieces , turmeric, chilly powder, mango powder, coriander leaves, 1/2 lemon (juice).

To spice it up some times I add Lijjat Papad (Garlic flavor) crushed in to it and this tastes different. You can also add a little bit of black pepper powder to make it more spicy.

If you want to give a little bit of exotic sweet taste add some piece of apple.

  • @Zajalavender

Poha - dehusked rice which is flattened into flat light dry flakes

Boondi (bhundi) - little balls of fried besan batter (besan=chickpea flour)

  • I apologize for my ignorance, but what is the ingredient that looks like bright yellow shreds or strings?

  • just came across the ingredient on Wikipedia under chaat... says it is "sev (small dried yellow noodles)"

  • Its called 'Sev" pronounced "Save". Its nothing but deep fried extruded (broken) noodles made from chickpea flour. You can find all the above ingredients in any Indian Store. Just ask for assistance...

  • You should put a list of the ingredients in the video description, makes it a lot easier to locate what you need to create these delicious dishes. :D
