Culture, as I hear Tony describe it, sounds more like a cool term used to rebrand some very old concepts: Give customers a good experience (ok, they say a "Wow" experienece) and who hasn't heard his boss say "Do more with less"?

And when Tony says his billion dollar company pays warehouse workers near minimum wage, I've got to wonder whether Zappos culture includes sharing the rewards of success or giving its employees a "wow" experience except in the most superficial way.
