I hate this idea that science leaves a gap. The only gap comes because we don't know what happened before the big bang, but when you bring god into it, you create your own gap, what came before god?

O'Reilly admits that he isn't 100% certain that Jesus is God then insists that we inject ID (a fundamentalist Christian God of the gaps claim) into areas of scientific uncertainty. His comment from their first interview, "I'm throwing in with Jesus" sounds like a disingenuous cynical hedge and not ready a confession of belief - If I were Christ, I'd make sure that one of Hell's very best had a spit waiting for him on the other side.
