"Somethuing from Nothing" is not, never was and never will be argued by real physicists (which I am, btw...). My "defect" in that arena is I argue over what the something at T=0 WAS, not that it existed. What IS supposed to be "nothing" at T=0 is our KNOWLEDGE of what there was and what state it had (as in spin, charge, etc).
I honestly think he's a troll. I dont think he ever cares about being logical. Like Shock, he will just strong-hold the debate as long as he could & claim victory not realizing his arguments failed. I dont see the point in talking to people like this.
Where are his arguments for Christianity? Just for the sake of patience, we could concede that there is somehow a god somewhere. Great, so how do we determine that is Yeweh and not the deist or pantheist god, or any number of them, or that there is a finite number?

Yessir, the elliot argument is a Textbook False Dichotomy (even though he denies vehemently (and defends it by annoying people into submission [like you said]).
Also textbook special pleading case, where he says 'there's no uncaused cause' (logic still going)....and then follows it with 'except this guy' (logic halted immediately before that statement. :P
Yeah I've actually heard the thermodynamic argument as well...sigh... some people..
