The superman punch is a pretty effective technique. You just have to set it up with those kicks first.

its a good technique. takes some time to get it down n master it. i remember him using it against penn rewinded n played it about 50 times. u gotta get every detail right. its a fast strong punch, takes a while to get down tho. took me a good week of practicing to do it half decent. now its been about 6 months n it works beautifully. this guy teaches it kinda weird tho but its a good mvoe. if anyone else does mma, i recommened practicing this move, helps set up alot of more thigns behind it.

Footwork should be learned circling, cutting angles, switch steps, bicycling, etc. He is off balance and looks horrible doing that switch step.
