You can get all your psx games here by simply downloading and extracting the .rar file to get the .bin file.

Then download an emulator file so you can play the .bin files.

search "the elusive spyro the dragon" into youtube and click on the title when it pops up. Then download the emulator files etc. in description :D but don't worry about the game, get it on emu paradise.

people calm down... this video was made in 2008 and the links were put there in 2008. Mid 2009 sony went around and complained to Rom and Torrent suppliers and made them take down most of the Roms and torrent. There's a website called: romhustler(dot)net that has all of the rom from every ps1 game, for free, and none are taken down. It's what i use to get my roms.
