That's true, sprinters have a harder time in the mountain stages since the pure climbers and time trialists go nuts on these stages, but there's a time limit to which everyone must finish, else you are automatically disqualified. On tough mountain stages it's generally only 40-50 minutes behind the leader of the race. That's TOUGH!
