Sorry doc, but bullshit! I use peroxide every day to brush my teeth with, and beyond that, it's completely replaced my toothpaste. My dentist's jaw dropped when I went from being the cavity master to having absolutely none.

I had some teeth staining, not sure what from, maybe Tea or maybe the anti-biotics I was on but I researched a bit and found that Hydrogen Peroxide is supposed to work great for it.
I gargled every night with a cap full of it and the stains went away and my teeth were really white. Make sure you brush straight after with fluriode toothpaste to keep your teeth strong. You should notice the difference after using it for around 2-4 weeks and any stains should have lightened or be gone.

Every dentist says its not good for your teeth because they get more money selling products and advertising "real" bleaching and expensive products so dont trust all dentists.

there is no need to use poison products that harm your body!
the practice of "oil pulling" whitens your teeth.. google it.
i used to do that then brush with ordinary soap together with a bit of baking soda; then simply rinse with hydrogen peroxide afterward. while keeping up this routine, my teeth went white as office paper.
and theres no pain like those expensive treatments & products.

I used hydrogen peroxide when I brush my teeth I would dip the brush in baking soda and then poor some peroxide on the brush then a little more baking soda then brushed them then i would use a normal toothpaste my teeth are very white and healthy looking would you say that is fine for me to be doing? I brush my teeth day then night for about 10 minutes

Well, is recommended only 2 minutes as more can have a abrasive effect and take the enamel away but maybe yours is extra thick.

I had some teeth staining, not sure what from, maybe Tea or maybe the anti-biotics I was on but I researched a bit and found that Hydrogen Peroxide is supposed to work great for it.
I gargled every night with a cap full of it and the stains went away and my teeth were really white. Make sure you brush straight after with fluriode toothpaste to keep your teeth strong. You should notice the difference after using it for around 2-4 weeks and any stains should have lightened or be gone.
