Furthermore, the Lisbon Treaty has made some attempt to strengthen democracy within the EU, I think the Union are just niave to think that they can bring democracy to such a large institution. I don't know the facts so please correct me if I am wrong.
If a country has its own currency and is in debt to the international markets, they can devalue their currency by printing more, thus stabilizing there home market leaving them as an internationally poorer country.
However what has happened now with the euro is that when a country is in debt it cannot issue more currency without having to pay interest, this results in a destabilizing home market and a more stabilized euro area market.
When seen in this way does it not make it obvious that the poorer groups are paying out to give the richer groups a more stable international market.
Please correct me if any of my assumptions or logic is incorrect.

@MrRiceowlex Well I am sorry to hear about the relatives you've lost fighting communists, but that wasn't what I was saying. I was pointing out that the EU are NOT communist as the rely on capitalism. I'm quite Eurosceptic myself and agree that there is potential for it to turn into a dictatorship, but that does not make them communist I think people's problem of communism is that they immediatley associate it with the Soviet Union nad write it off. That is not solely communism that is Marxism.

@alfamax4562 I'm British. The Labour Party were a socialist regime. The SDP in Germany are a Socialist party and there doesn't seem to be a massive protest there. The problem DOES NOT lie solely with the ideology, neither are socialism and communism the same thing by the way, socialism accepts capitalism. Socialism focuses on equal services rather than equal wealth. I'm sorry for everything that you've experienced but it was a lot to do with the morally corrupt and politically inept.

We citizens put up with it because as individuals we realize the need to live in harmony and cooperation in order to survive our environment and avoid Anarchy. But this does NOT mean that Government is GOOD in nature, it is a necessary evil. Socialism believes in EXPANDING AND EMPOWERING something that innately is A BAD THING, because men WILL ALWAYS have the tendency to enslave other men for money

@MrRiceowlex Which is now just a school of thought of communism. It is possible to introduce communism in a democracy. Furthermore, the Lisbon Treaty has made some attempt to strengthen democracy within the EU, I think the Union are just niave to think that they can bring democracy to such a large institution. It's just impractical. I do not believe they are TRYING to set up a dictatorship. As for Farage, he is a paranoid and misguided politician who needs to calm down.

@thirteenfingers Farage has been a consistently good performer - it is sad that he lacks the self confidence as a man to be able to work with others & is a control freak using duplicity, dishonesty, bullying and bribery to ensure he is not challenged. It is sad that he lacks the confidence to bring out the best in others & has ZERO leadership skills.

The power to give and take, with out control from the people, leads to opprerssion. Think of it this way too much power in the hands of too few leads to arrogance in the "ruling class" and they see themselves as superior to those they rule and the laws they govern by. The same arrogance as the nobility in the middle ages.

Yeah, generally I'm not in favor of authoritarianism; it somehow belongs to a past era. I don't think people of the Weimar Republic felt like they had power. Germany was being subverted and exploited by the Marxists and their 'internationalist' bankster-supporters. Wow Nigel Farage has opened my eyes regarding the Euro.
I don't know the facts so please correct me if I am wrong.
If a country has its own currency and is in debt to the international markets, they can devalue their currency by printing more, thus stabilizing there home market leaving them as an internationally poorer country.

However what has happened now with the euro is that when a country is in debt it cannot issue more currency without having to pay interest, this results in a destabilizing home market and a more stabilized euro area market.
When seen in this way does it not make it obvious that the poorer groups are paying out to give the richer groups a more stable international market.
Please correct me if any of my assumptions or logic is incorrect.
