The graphics aren't great on GTA4. It is just the color pallet that makes it LOOK good. but if you stare closely, you'd see that its crap.

Its sucks for PS3 because PS3 sucks. Bethesda only makes the extensions for 360 because they know the better system. Its also proven with Fallout 3 for PS3 getting a 9.0 rating and the same game for 360 a 9.5 rating.
