  • @Killerinx Thanks :)

  • you could get 60fps consistently without lag when not recording?

  • @foolhou2e no this card isnt good enough to play this game on ultra settings with 60fps constantly, I recommend you get the gtx 570 for a much better performance.

  • @Killerinx Gtx 550 ti / 4 gb RAM / i5 2.8 GHz quad core ... Is it good for gaming ? :( ... Plz

  • @FakePlayerX It's preety decent, so you should be able to run this game on full HD with medium or high settings. so it's preety good.

  • damn, so this should be outstanding on a GTX 560 Ti 448...

  • is it gonna work on that

    AMD X6 FX 6100 3.3Ghz Gaming Pc Computer 500Gb 4Gb Nvidia GTX 550 Ti 1Gb Saturn

  • @LawnickiProduction oh and Six Core

  • hey i have q6600 2.4 and asus p5kpl-cm..4gb memory and sapphire 4830

if i buy an asus 550 ti ...willl i have to change my power supply?

cool vid by the way..you probably dont need aa as the high resolution stretches the lines well and maybe cut back on the shadows

  • Undecided on this or the HD 6770. The 6770 is about $30 cheaper, and can also run the game on ultra. Any advice guys?

  • It is not on ultra if you dont have AA on idiot

  • @henke103 *facepalm

  • @Killerinx It´s fucking custom idiot

  • @henke103 and? its all on ultra settings...

  • @Killerinx Exept AA, and that´s making it custom settings.

  • Comment removed

  • i can max this on my 2gb gtx550 right? i think

  • @lawl756 no.

  • @Ominorvas alright, and now i know i can!

  • Can I run BF3 on my Mac, I partitioned and put windows 7 64 bit on, since its Mac it should do it amazingly right?

  • @TheMotherklucker You are just overpaying for Mac hardware guaranteed. It has intergrated graphics probably and it will run like shit.

  • @TheMotherklucker Since it's mac, you'll first need to remove the giant pink apple dildo from your asshole, and go and buy a real computer.

  • @Ominorvas HAHAHAH yes thats the response i was looking for

  • @TheMotherklucker I have no idea about macs..sorry

  • @TheMotherklucker no its not going to do amazing...well what kind of mac do you have? i used windows on my mac book pro 13 and it ran games okay i guess

  • @TheMotherklucker nice attempt at trolling fag

  • @TheMotherklucker yes if it works on the drive it should work geat if open gl accepts the game

  • @TheMotherklucker dude it doesnt depend on mac it depends on ur gtaphic card mostly

  • @TheMotherklucker hahaha trying to play bf3 on mac specs ?!

  • @TheMotherklucker TROLOLOL, You must be kidding right?

  • can i run it on my gtx 590?? xDDD

  • @56theincredible no you need atleast 4 of them and atleast 30gb of ram and the newest 24core 7ghz processor :S

  • @Killerinx y do i need a 7ghz processor while i have a 30 GHz processor?? y do i need 30 gb ram when i have 192 gb ram..why do i need 24 cores while i have 64 cores and why do i need 4 gtx 590's when i have 8 of them?? xD

  • @56theincredible wow, impresssive ;)

  • @Killerinx But still my rig cant run minesweeper on ultra settings xD

  • I'm sick of seeing these benchmarks on the least demanding maps for every game. People everywhere say "Oh yeah I can run BF3 on my 8800gt on Ultra." Wtf ever. Try this 550ti on Caspian Border or basically any other section of any other map and see how playable the whole game really is.

  • @kenmanius it's very playable :) check out my other bf3 vid.

  • is this dual or single video card? i'm thinking of buying a pc with dual gtx 555 but wounder if its not good enough.. but if this video is recorded with a single gtx 555 then its definitely good enough for me :)

  • @Canney89 yea this is only one gtx 550 :P (It's 550 not 555) :)

  • @Killerinx ahh my bad. thanks for the reply :)

  • Hi. I'm searching for a cheap but powerfull desctop PC [ Doesn't everyone? ;) ], and found one with AMD FX-6100 and GTX550 Ti.

I bought BF3 and want to play it for sure (my notebook barely get it on "low").

My question (may be silly to you) is: Do you have a 550ti SLI or just 550ti? I know you wrote 550ti, but i want to make sure, that my PC-to-be is able to handle with BF3 on higher details ;)

Just for your Information, this is the PC I'll maybe buy: "#3897" on Amazon.

    pls don't judge me :D

  • I have been converted to a PC gamer hardly use my PS3,360 anymore

  • @tailandfox good choice xD :D

  • Wtf happened to your gun at 1:00

  • @AnonymousKev I'm guessing a lag spike.

  • Would a gtx 550 ti run BF3 atleast 60-70 fps on low?

  • @DavisBaller253 err.. yes.

  • @DavisBaller253 yea.

  • @Killerinx hey, great vid and thanks for posting, without fraps what was your FPS rate?

  • @tery515 about the same maybe a bit more but without all the lag spikes, fraps caused those lag spikes I dont get them.

  • pujdzie gta 4 na tej karcie ?

  • @Tandem181 tak! u mnie dziala na full detalach na najwiekszej rozdzielcosci :)

  • @Killerinx thanks you mój angielki jest słaby pozdrowienia z polski xd

  • @Tandem181 spoko pozdro ;)

  • wound the same graphics card work with a 450W psu?

here's my specs: AMD phenom II 960T black edition, 3 ghz 4x (but i can unlock it to 6x if needed)

    8 gb ram

    and eventually this videohard

if i keep the settings on high-ultra, will it go around 40-50 fps?

  • @Digitalwtf you would have to check on the nvidia site if that psu would work with the graphics card, and how do you "unlock" a quad cpu to a six core cpu...? and as for the fps if you superclocked this card then maybe you would get 40-50 fps+

  • @Killerinx only certain cpu's can be unlocked from 4 to 6 cores, for example my cpu (AMD Phenom II x4 960T) can be unlocked to 6 cores because it was initially designed to be a 6 core cpu, but due to the possibility of getting your system instable, the last 2 cores were locked, however if your computer cand handle its full power, it works just fine.

  • @Digitalwtf well then with a 450w psu I dont recommend doing it.

  • @Killerinx don't worry, i changed my mind, i'll buy a 650W psu next month and then in April i'll buy a gtx 560 ti, thanks for your response anyway, cheers

  • So a 550 Ti with a i5

can i max every game? 30 fps is good enough for me as long as its 1080p I consider that a "can run"..

  • Normally it's said that even the gtx 560 is not good enough for ultra.. will my pc ride bf3 with gtx550 ti+windows i5-2500k+reaaaaally fast sdd drive?

  • @xXxLIFEbehindBARSxXx Yeah you'll be just fine. A gtx 560 ti is capable of playing any game with mostly high settings. Who ever said gtx 560 isnt good enough for ultra is retarded. Make sure to get a quality branded psu.

  • @swa1ny It's said on Nvidia.com at the battlefield 3 test^^

  • how strong is you psu?

  • @thelsamar23 500w i think

  • @Killerinx I want my pc to run games good but i also wanna do other stuff on it

  • just got the 550 superclocked, but it seems to limit my frames at exactly 60fps? any way to fix this? i know it can do more, and its not the game. help?

  • @iJustWayne Superclock only makes a increase only by a bit. overclocking increases FPS more then superclocking. If I am correct..

  • @grandchasenub23 yes overclocking increases fps more, but is dangerous if you dont know what you are doing. which i dont, so im not messing with that yk? plus my power supply would over heat too much because its only 500 watt, and its a little to low to be forcing more power through it, maybe when i get my 750 ill overclock it. we'll see. but i only need my 60fps and im fine, which i keep steady on max mw2, and mw3. so no problem there. but for the price this is a great card. happy with purchase

  • @iJustWayne Why would you want more than 60? You can't see more than 34.

  • @swa1ny you see more while gaming. though you may not feel it, it affects your adrenal glands. when adrenalin runs through your blood stream, everything speeds up, including vision fps. it smooths it

  • @swa1ny out making it easier on the eye, straining it less.

  • @swa1ny and i dont, i see no reason so i stopped looking, there is no need for more than 60 fps.

  • @swa1ny People like to be super meticulous and see a higher number so assume they enjoy it more.

  • Quality aint dat good :(

  • @NifeInx I know, I only just realised and I don't know why but my newer videos have better quality, check out my Minecraft or Dirt 3 Video it's much better, dno why though :P

  • Yeah,like GTX 550 is under recomendation...

  • @xXBOst GTS 250 medium/high settings.

  • I have a core 2 quad q6600, 4 gb ram, and also a 550ti, but I can't play at ultra much less record, I play on medium and get 30-40 fps. I was wondering how you were able to get your settings so high or if my system is aging and what you recommend to improve it. Thanks!

  • @knoxcorner3 Well core 2 quad is gettig older intel and amd have moved on alot since then...4gb of ram should be fine most games do not take advantage of over 3-4gb anyway

  • @xXBOst I think that's because it recommended graphics cards for gameplay with ultra graphics.

  • Would the a computer with the exact specs as this one but with a AMD fx-4100 quad core instead of i7 work just as well or would it still be fine?

  • @GamerCracked might work better actually :P

  • Can i have some gaming pc part recommondations please, i was hopping to make a gaming pc but i stopped and now i am starting again, please

  • @Skullman5656 what kind of pc do you want? for gaming only? do you want like no lag at all in all the games?

  • @Killerinx is this cross fire ? cause i cant have cross fire and how much did you pay and im planing on buying ram but can i have 2 diffrent make ram or dose it have to be boyh the same make thx plz fast respond

  • @EPICpube em My one is the gigabyte version I think :P and if your ram is the same make it is recommended to have the same make because they work exactly as the make wanted it to work, the other make might want to work differently and if you put two different makes together, this may cause one ram to have more power than the other and may cause a bottleneck but this is not always the case, only somethimes. (sorry if I said that wrong lol)

  • @Killerinx thx dude u just got a sub :D

  • @EPICpube :D awesome.

  • i have pentium dual core e6600 3.06 Ghz

    4gb ram and a nvidia GTS 450...

i pirated the game to see if i can run it... i could play it on low-mid but on high or ultra too much lag.... im planning on overlocking my cpu to 3.9 ghz.. would that make any difference? im a computer noob so plz help me out... :)

  • @R3DI5C00L yes it definetely will but if I were you I would overclock your graphics card not your cpu, overclocking your cpu is much more dangerous (as in easier to break) so I wouldnt risk it unless you know what you are doing.

  • @Killerinx excuse me I have a 600W power supply corsair, a 2800mhz intel core i7, 4 gb ram, motherboard asus P7P55D, I wanted to know if I can put this video card in my PC with a 600W power supply with these characteristics

  • @GamingPointITALIA If your motherboard has a slot for this graphics card then yes.

  • @Killerinx there is slot, just that I've heard that you need a power supply that can hold it for as many watts your power supply is?

  • @GamingPointITALIA I think mine is 500w so yours will be fine.

  • @Killerinx ah ok thx ;)

  • @GamingPointITALIA A 600W PSU is good enough for a gtx 580, provided it's a quality PSU.

  • @Archonicable really?I did not know, I asked around a bit on other Italian channels, some told me that I could, others could not, I did not understand a shit more, but most of it I said yes I think at this point it might take a 560 or a 570, thanks for the answer;)

  • I got gtx ti 580

  • Just want to point out that during the beta the "Ultra" setting was disabled and it defaulted to High. I know, I tried it and reported it on the forum just to be told its working as intended...

  • @HenryTomasino1 you can check out my never video with the singleplayer on ultra :P

  • can i run battlefield 3 on ultra? if not then wat settings? i have an i5 2500k, 8gb of ram and a 550 ti

  • @TechKnowEZ probably yes

  • @Killerinx can i run bf3? i have almost same specs but dual sli enabled gtx 550 ti's instead of one. will it run it with aa on?

  • @CPmantruman it will work the same as mine I think, you would need 2 gtx 550' for sli to work.

  • can battlefield 3 run on my comp:

    -dual core inside 2.0 GHz

    -2gb ram

    -512MB nvidia 8500gt

  • @adis07311 emm I think so but most likely on low settings with a low resolution.

  • @Killerinx most likely, but only in like 1080x720 res at most and low graphic settings

  • @adis07311 No. Battlefield 3 is a Game, which need a good sytstem.

On your System: 20fps / It's too low.

More Ram and a better graphic card, than can you run it on Low with 30 - 35 fps

  • @adis07311 You really will have a difficult time playing... Probably frame rates of 18-25, no joke.

  • @adis07311 Mate get a new graphics card :/

  • Hey guys, I need some advice. I have a pretty old system. Q8400 quad core 2.7 ghz, 2 gigs ram and HD4850 512mb..

The graphics card has got pretty old now. I can run bf3 on low graphics well in multiplayer only if there are less players on the server.

Do I upgrade my gc to 550ti 1 gigs? I mean if I get a 550ti then will my quad core q8400 be more than enough to run games on high settings with above 30 fps? BTW.. I run at 1440x900.

  • @optimus2290 If your going to upgrade you might aswell scrape a little extra together and get the 560ti, it will give much better performance and if you get one with a decent cooler such as the MSI twin frozr version you can overclock it to perform aswell as a 570.

Your processor should be enough for high settings above 30fps with a decent card, you could possibly benefit from some more ram though.

  • is Battlefield 3 can run on my pc with no LAG this is my Specs:

    Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 GHz

    2 gb ram

    GTX 550 TI

  • @BurningStar08 yes but not on ultra settings.

  • Were you overclocking when you recorded?

  • @TheSirjull891 my card is factory overclocked so yes.

  • I think i going to buy this computer but with a i5-2300.

  • But I just got 20 fps on LoL :(

  • There are just 2 questions more... I got an 2.8. Processor and 6 gb ram , can I still get this grafic card and it Will not lag on LoL, minecraft and bf3?:/ and then I don't know if this grafic card will have any room in My computer :/

  • @Spertyz dude you dont even need this graphics card to run minecraft and lol without lag, I used to have a amd 1.8ghz (single core), 2gb of ram and a geforce 6200 512mb of ram, and I could run Minecraft without lag, minecraft will run on nearly anything without lag, aswell as league of legends, that game uses the warcraft 3 graphics engine (as far as I know) which is quite old and does not require a good pc to run.

  • I have a Asus ENGTX 550 Ti and my CPU is Intel Core Quad 2.66 GHz 4 Cores.. And I have problem. I record with Fraps and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on High was lagging.. I have 3 FPS. Sorry for my English Language. I am from Slovakia.

  • Wow, we have basically the same specs but by processor is an AMD Athlon 4 Core 3.2 GHz. On my end with the same card I turned off AA De buffering and run at 30 FPS everything else maxed out at 1080p. Looks awesome.

  • Okey:D Thanks for help !:D

  • I don't know if I'm going this graficcard. I want one With 60 fps on league of legends and much more on minecraft , so it's not laging when I play it. The question is, is this graficcard good enough for this?

    Plz answer it's importent!:)

  • @Spertyz lol I'm preety sure this card can get over 60 fps on league of legends, on minecraft I get from 60 to 90+ and even more, I wont say more because I dont remember how much but I get more than 90 on minecraft, if you want to play with good fps on games like starcraft 2, dirt 3, crysis 2 and such this card is perfect, it's good with games like cod mw3,skyrim and such :)

  • @Killerinx is this great for playing on high detail with barely or no lag at all? 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 5552 and speedy Intel® Core™ i7-2600

  • @Spertyz Yes it is i got Gtx 550 and i also play LOL and it runs :)

  • @Spertyz first you should be able to spell graphics before you buy a graphics card because thats one key part if you cant spell it you cant install it lolol trollolololol jk and yea you can get 55fps solid on minecraft full distance and at like 60-70 fps in league of legends

  • What psu are you using?

  • hmm u got a 2600k why such a cheap gpu???? u should of got like a 560 ti

  • @atom608 I didn't know how good or bad this card was at the time, I thought It would be much better than I thought but it is still good to play.

  • @Killerinx yea same but it is fine while playing idk why i should pay 100-200$ extra when this card can do a little less then the same

  • if a video card is already manufacture overclocked already like mine ASUS GTX 550 TI DirectCU TOP @ 975MHz, should i leave it alone and not overclock it more? I just downloaded MSI Afterburner and was wondering if it is safe? if it is, what is the max stable MHz the card can handle?

  • @afrotcdet035 it wouldnt be bad to overclock it more, but I have a msi gtx 550 ti and all the reviews that I read said that the minimum overclock for the core was 1050 and guess what, the maximum stable core clock I was able to reach was just 980 mhz .... which is not worth of doing because my msi 550 has a factory overclock of 950 mhz.

  • I'm a noob. i got the ASUS GTX 550 Ti DirectCU TOP and Antec Earthwatts 650W ATX 12V V2.3 power supply. the requirement for the video card is a minimum of 400W with 12V current rating of 24A and the power supply output is +3.3V@24A, +5V@24A, +12V1@38A, +12V2@38A, -12V@0.5A, +5VSB@2.5A. When i turn on the computer the the power supply does power up the video card but when i connect a VGA or DVI cable from the card to my monitor, the monitor doesn't receive any signal from the cable.

  • @afrotcdet035 hm, maybe theres something wrong with the monitor? try connecting it to something else and see if it works, and if it isnt the monitor then I dont really know, maybe the card is damaged.

  • @Killerinx nope its not the monitor cuz i connected the monitor to my laptop with the VGA cable and it works. i just brought the video card new too.

  • @afrotcdet035 That psu is way more than needed and should easily power the GTX 550 ti, it sounds like your GPU is either dead and you need to RMA or the monitor is faulty, or the cpu is dead.

  • @swa1ny the first time i tested the motherboard with the CPU, ram, and graphic card with the monitor outside of the case it works. after i install everything into the case the monitor couldn't get any signal from the graphic card VGA and DVI port. I would like to return the card and exchange for another one from amazon but i already mail in my rebate to Asus, so i guess that can't happen.

  • @afrotcdet035 Stupid question but have you made sure its in it's pci-e 16 port properly and made sure all connections, cables etc. are not obstructing anything. Does the motherboard have onboard graphics? If so see if you can get a display from that, to be honest it sounds like the gpu may have just been faulty and burned its self out on that initial boot up and now only the fans activate.

  • @swa1ny it works now AFTER i updated the video card driver from Nvidia. This is my first time building a computer so i went through lot of trouble. @ first I wasn't thinking about connecting my HDMI cord from my motherboard to my monitor. after i figure that out and updated the driver and it was successful.

  • @afrotcdet035 Friend had that too, does it get warm? Because if so, then your graphics card is defect.

  • @afrotcdet035 make sure you monitor is on a dvi or hdmi output/imput mode, this can be done by using the monitor controlls

  • Bad quality, you are a fucking moron,

  • @ChaffyCougar how is it bad quality...it's 1080p full HD you can't get better quality.

  • @Killerinx

How the video is Rendered =/= The Video's Recording quality.

This isn't the best quality avaible for an image, but it is rendered as such.

  • @Killerinx Yes you can, and 1080p doesn't automatically mean quality, i could render a video at 1080p and 60 fps but if the bitrate was low it would look the eqivalent of chewbacca's ass.

  • @Killerinx 4k resolution maybe? Lol... Just so you know during the beta the maximum setting was High, not Ultra. Even if you set it to "Ultra" it would default to High. This was widely known to the testers of the open beta.

  • @Killerinx There is. Its something around 1200 and it would be shown as Original Quality

  • @Killerinx I watched it in 1080p, it's disgusting quality. You're an idiot.

  • @TheWorldOfWoWcraft if you think hd is disgusting quality then that's your problem and no, it does not make me an idiot.

  • @Killerinx 1080p isn't HD, we'll be having 4k resolutions soon, that'll be nice quality, but I watched this in 1080p fullscreen on a 1920x1080 monitor, and yes, it looked awful.

  • @Killerinx It is HD in terms of res but that doesn't mean quality. Quality is different. I guess this was compress with windows movie maker or some shit program.

  • @TangoIVIango I used sony vegas, I think I used some bad rendering setting back then, it's better now.

  • @ChaffyCougar No,you are a fucking moron. You are watching in 360p

  • @GravCatt lol even at 1080p the quality isn;t good without good render settings. "you are a fucking moron."

  • @TangoIVIango why are you calling me a fucking moron...at least I tried to make a decent video

  • @Killerinx oh sorry I thought you said that to me, my mistake.

  • @Killerinx

    nah it was for gravcatt

  • @TangoIVIango cool cool.

  • i have a similiar setup.. 3.4ghz geforce 550ti with 10gbs... runs greaT

  • I'm not sure if many people know this but Nvidia's Geforce site has great guides for getting good OPSs on grahpic cards. Here is the battlefield guide for GTX 550 just add this to the end of their main site /Optimize/OPS/Battlefield-3-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-550-Ti-OPS

  • Bullshit. I got a 550ti I get about 50 FPS on Medium settings. Thats with all the bells an whistles turned off.

  • @samusaran11 well I dont say I get 50 fps when playing on ultra, what I'm saying by this video is that I can run it around 25-30+ fps on ultra (or something like that) Im just saying that it is playable.

  • @Killerinx Even more bullshit. If I set it on ultra it lags bad.

  • @samusaran11 -.- check my other bf3 vid then with graphics settings showing...then say its bullshit

  • @Killerinx Still Bullshit. I got almost same specs as you.

GTX 550 TI, AMD Athlon II X4@ 3.2 GHz, 4GB Ram, Windows 7 64-bit, 500 GB Hard drive.

  • @samusaran11 well my cpu is better and I have twice as much ram and my gpu is overclocked is yours? if it is I dont care go troll somewhere else troll.

  • @Killerinx Not really that much better, BF3 uses only so much ram. Also even if you have a better CPU you would be running into a GPU Bottleneck. The CPU can only do so much and visa versa.

I doubt a 130 dollar GPU can max out BF3 at around 30+ FPS. Little bit later ill make a video about this.

    Im not trolling you are...
