what eyeshadow base do you use?

I use a dutch brand called HEMA. They have shops in Belgium where I live. It is very cheap and works great because once it's dry, it doesn't move at all the whole day!!!!! I haven't tried other brands yet, but I'm sure it's pretty much the same with the others. Otherwise you can also use a simple thick cream like a night cream for exemple, wich helps the pigments to stick on well + it's also good for your skin, but then you can not touch it afterwords, otherwise you will erase the make up.
