It still works because Spirit Bond doesn't calculate the 10% reduction from Protective Spirit, in theory Spirit Bond see's it as 330 damage.

I really don't see any reason to nerf any of the skills used, they been around since prophecies and factions, and got through all the nerfs already. Enjoy the build :)

Spirit Bond reads the damage before it's reduced. So it does work.

They tend to drop alot of Golds to sell Unid or perfect mods. Also people farm them for Granite I believe... just one of those farms that was alil popular for abit.

ohh..i see my graphics are maybe a little bit too bad..

You do need a decent Video card and computer to record videos. Recording videos does make a good hit on your fps. I was able to record most of my videos with a 6600GT AGP, then 7950GT AGP... so not sure what you got.

Unless you want the use of the monk skills, switching your secondary to mesmer would kinda delete the whole idea.

Rt/Me with Arcane Echo can only farm weak enemies in HM, which there isn't much. Using Rt/Mo means you can tank just about anything, and one skill set will do it all. You can pretty much take one skill set around farming in alot of places in the GW world :)

by 2-d i meant how its literally flat. Most axes are not flat like that (I'm sure you know im just saying). IMO its the most annoying axe in the game, but its my opinion. If you are happy with it then dont listen to me, I am not trying to start anything, and i respect yor opinion. Happy GWing!

It's an icy blade axe. Honestly its not worth it at all. It lloks cool but it has 2-d graphics (looks like it could be in a paper mario game.) I sold mine and bought a chaos axe. The chaos axe is a much better looking axe.

I have tried farming them, and it is possibly. Only thing you need to worry about is "Disrupting Chop", which can kill you by disabling your skill for long durations. Just time your skills and you should be all set.

You have to beat the campaign story atleast once with any character to unlock Hard Mode for all your characters, but just for the campaign. Otherwise, you will have to beat the other campaigns or expansions to unlock HM once again.

Use Prot. Spirit before aggro'n, then Spirit Bond before you take any hits, then VwK....and spam Vengeful Weapon and RoD while VwK is up. Then a second before VwK wears off, use Spirit Bond to keep you alive while VwK is recharging. Just make sure you don't renew Spirit Bond while the first one is still active... as the 10 hits rule dont reset. It takes awhile to get used to, after that its all gravy. Yeah, I figured it was possible if you learn to work with the knockdowns and spam some skills alot. I'll give it try soon as see how it works out. I was hoping for EoTN to have some new and better skills for Monk and Ritualist, guess it didn't turn out that way. Monk should have a Protection spell to counter Knockdowns.

Vermin can kill this build since they knockdown alot. But then again I haven't tried it enough to test it out fully. And the old Echo VwK is in the past... this build out performs it anyday, and goes places Echo VwK cannot.
