  • best show of all time

  • Xeni looks like an alien

  • the interviewer resembles a certain extreme sports calander model.

  • julian looked uncomfortable when she mentioned drugs XD

  • @VendettaKissXx he tends to look uncomfortable any time an interviewer talks to him. he's so adorbz>o<

  • It's an OUTRAGE

  • Come Down Under PLEEAAASEEE

  • pppplease noel and julian tour australia, were all crazy about you guys!

  • I'm Australian and i FFLOVE the mighty boosh. Most clever, great show

  • Haha I love how genuinely excited Julian is about doing an interview with Downbeat.

  • NOEL IS SOOOO SEXXXIIIIII

  • does anyone else always sing along with the mighty boosh themetune?

    or is it just me...

  • @misspoofacey we all do.

  • sex at 0:34

  • how shit is she?

  • Can't disagree. Taller. Me and all my friends are fans, We range between 4'11 and 5'3 ^-^

  • 'they're taller'

too true. i'm 5'0 and i live in the UK.

  • The interviewer looks as she could be a character in Mighty Boosh

  • @finehomemadewine she looks like Mafusala, the head shamans wife.

  • @hollypopfobsessed Yes, You are absolutly right, she DOES! :-)

  • The Mighty Boosh is epic!!!

Its one of them shows that people love no matter where their from :)

and of cause the US fan base is bigger the countries way bigger but it you go by % then more of the % of the UK watch the show than the US

  • i always hated this interview 'cause 1) they're doing it outside for cryin out loud, and 2) the woman is an idiot.

  • Back in the 80's we were all exposed to great British comedy through Mtv (back when it was still worth something). My American eyes were opened to Monty Python and The Young Ones and from there I found Fawlty Towers and I still love them all to this day. Since then, I hadn't found much that I liked. Now I can say The Boosh are the true successors to the previously mentioned hallmarks of British comedy greatness. Long live The Mighty Boosh!

  • Your little brother is ignorant little bitch, & he only lives to age 22, so fuck what he thinks.

  • i love noel not only is he hot but he's seems a funny awkward kind of guy

  • i hate this woman

  • i have always said that this show is very much like a childrens show for adults.

  • I'm a yank and I have to admit. If this show was made here in the US of A..it would be horrible!!!

I don't know, but there's something about English comedy that we Americans just love..incomparable to our sometimes rubbish American comedy.

    I♥the Mighty Boooshhhh!!

  • 8D I love the Boosh! Saw them live, managed to grab the Hitcher as he jumped into the crowd. Mmm ^^...

  • it would be cool to meet nole and julian one day

  • @thefinalranger understatement, it would be fucking amazing.

  • LA don't deserve the mighty mighty boosh =[

  • Ive showed all my friends the mighty boosh im trying to convert them into the LIFE that is the mighty boosh

  • Saw them Live last year at the B.I.C. Best moment of my life...

  • woo awesome

  • these guys are the best!

    xxx

  • Performance Comedy is alive and well

Mighty Boosh is my didi,D!,mosome man did you get that.

  • my new goal in life is to eventually see them live.

  • I like that show xD

  • boosh is global!

  • my friends have conversations purly using mighty boosh quotes, it great :D

  • My little brother thinks they suck, and I think he's an ignorant little fuck face with no idea what he's talking about.

    Mighty Boosh is great.

  • @VocaloidMixer

    Mine's the same.

  • I'm English and love that americans are in to The mighty boosh too!

  • @MissPurpleCow my obsession with the boosh came from watching big fat quiz of the year 2006 because i wanted to watch more russell brand videos, it was turning on the radio and first hearing the beatles (even though im 16)

  • @KISSnum1 Its so cool that they are known in america too,I lived in Spain for most of my life and people there were clueless and it was so sad,I first found the boosh out the very first time Noel went on buzzcocks, but as a guest AGES ago,i heard the soup crimp then and fell in love! (I was 15 at the time) :)

  • congratulations you are black

  • would a mythical beast be into jazz? If so, Bird, Monk? Albert Ayler? Miles?

  • Haha, mighty boosh.

    Sick as.

    Real english comedy(Y)

  • Noel is gr8!! i luv him to pieces mann!! hes coolio!! ♥XxX♥

  • I just found this show recently and really love it! Im an American and I have to say, when i watched it the first thing I thought was "Wow, this show is hilarious and makes me feel like a kid again at the same time, but if it was done in America it would be terrible".

I dont know what it is...slang,accent,style,culture...but there are def brands of comedy the British do much better.

  • i love noel

  • This is the funniest/best show ever!!!! .... and if you don't like it shut the fuck up... no one is forceing you to watch it!

  • i was a fan since the radio series

  • Why are all these American fans getting all cocly and possesvie over the Boosh, we have known them for years before they went over to the USA and even if you have more fans, british fans are way more dedicated to the boosh, plus Noel and Julian are British anyway so how can you dig at British people??!!!

  • dude, it's like the beatles man, us Americans tend to take it a little further

  • i am an American but i found Mighty Boosh series 1 when it first came out and started watching it.

I didn't even know they had a USA fan base till recently.

  • We should start a real cult. We'll worship Old Gregg's water colors.

I drove four hours to see them in New York, but I only decided to go two days before so I didn't get to make up a costume. I was so damned shocked by how many people were there. I don't think a ton of people from where I am know who they are.

Sorry for ranting to you, feel free to ignore this. XD

  • i ment I started watching it in 2006 almost 2007

  • totally agree all americans will do is milk it and make it way to commercial. also kinda pisses me off that americans think they own it now.

  • hows that?

lol, they show it on adult swim, plus the episodes are shorter.

    you people are freaks.

  • i totally agree :)

  • allright, calm down, i was only tryng to back you up, we're supposed to be on the same team arnt we :S :P

  • America only has more fans 'coz there's more people, the ratio of fans: population, is probz ten times bigger in the uk, besides the uk have liked mighty boosh for longer than us, and are far more dedicated, besides noel and julien are british anyway and love there british fans, so yeeeeaah.

p.s. I HAVE NOELS TSHIRT, EEEE! EXITMENT!

  • GET OVER IT

  • lol old greg is hilarious! I luuvv the mighty boosh.

  • the mighty boosh rules, got all their dvds

  • Im so glad Adult Swim is showing it in the States. Amazing show! Long live British Comedy!

  • Luv The Mighty Boosh :] x

  • I'm proud it's taking off in the States. It's a true growing cult that people can revel & loosen up in.

  • personally i lost interetst in this when every other person (Mainly chavs) kept repeating crap that happened in the show all the time, i cant even watch it anymore without just going -.- ive heard this so many times its not funny anymore

  • aha i have that tux teeshirt at the start :P

  • Why are all Mighty Boosh fans tiny stupid children? It's not very funny is it.

  • well i wouldnt consider all those teens and people in thier 20s that were lined up there as tiny children unless of course your a giant

  • Haha yay they used my picture of the awesome Spirit of Jazz 2:52 ! I feel honored.

  • well done, be proud.

    it's really good x

  • i don't get the humor..

  • You are either a corpse, or an American.

    Or both.

  • i really cant get into it haha.. Im canadian, its just annoying to me. its like jibrish..

  • lolololol

  • qdssww

  • The boosh is amazing!!! Luv them

  • I loves the Boosh :)

  • i bet these guys will get their own show on HBO.

  • They've had their own show on BBC 3.

  • what song is playing 0.28 - 0.34?

  • is the theme song,

  • is it downloadable? does it have a name?

  • test

  • It's the theme tune.

  • I disagree entirely. Without indie you have nothing but Tranformers 2, or whatever other crap makes money.

Most of it sucks, some of it just passes, and a very small margin is good.

Having said that, I didn't think this show was amazing. I enjoyed watching it, and some episodes were really funny, but it could have been much better.

It's certainly worth a watch though.

However there's no comparison to Mr. Show, which is something I WOULD recommend to anyone.

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! OMG I HAVE THAT TUXEDO TEE! omg that has made my day :D

  • Amazing show. I can't imagine there ever being anything else like it. It's like comedy... for musicians! Best of all, it's good (relatively) clean fun.

  • FUKING AMERICANS (no offence) but it is a british thing and cos they hav gone to the USA we have to wait agesss for season 4. its a painful wait

  • troll moar

  • Lol, cry more, bitch, there are probably more american fans of the show now than there are british.

  • yes thats is because the country has a bigger population dumbass, therefore a higher chance of there being more fans

  • Yeah, that is why, bitch, that's what I meant in the first place. Clap Clap, Congratulations, you understood what I was saying.

  • this show is kickass!

  • Im old Greeeegg! lol

  • one whale penis can feed a small family for weeks

  • riiiiiigghtt.......

  • All those mirrorball suits were just plain silver. They looked like dandy Silver Surfers!

  • this show is so weird!! lol

  • i went to a show in the uk , it was well good XD

  • i love british humor but i really dont find this show funny.interestingly bizzare at the moments but funny?no.

  • Is this made by the same people that did darkplace?

  • Yeah, some of the cast were involved in that too.

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaa the vampire guy from the ever best tv series IT crew.... whats this about...i want to see more of that crew!!! /respect

  • I Love The Mighty Boosh!

I Do Love You, Old Gregg!

  • Assistam > DANILO EMO DANÇANDO PSY e também > FUNK DA PEDALADA

  • Omg this shocked me I didnt know that the might boosh were known in America :O !!!!

    <3mighty boosh<3

  • Ah, Brilliant! Julian looked so gorgeous. Now show me the interview he was talking about just giving. Can't wait to find that one.

  • BOLLIX !!.....

  • The interviewer is lovely, a real fox.

  • Im british and i love the mighty boosh but only from an artistic perspective, I dont find the show that funny, i just love how there arnt any boundaries as to how bizarre an idea sounds or how weird something may come across to an audience, watching the mighty boosh is like walking through a psychedelic drug infused art gallery

  • Idiot.

  • Thats not very nice now is it, if you find the mighty boosh funny than thats all well and good, if i dont find it funny all that means is i dont share the same sense of humor as you, if that makes me an idiot than you must want the world to be like you, which in its self is idiotic

  • ok, not an idiot, a pretentious cunt

  • Im anything but pretentious, me saying the mighty boosh is psychedelic and artistic isnt anything new so how is it pretentious? I bet even you watch it and find it artistic so why not voice YOUR opinion of it? i dont find the show funny so i have to look for other ways in which to enjoy it, the most obvious thing thats left besides the comedy is its artistry so if i come across as pretentious for being real and truthful, sue me.

  • wanker

  • pretentious or not, you're a typical troll-feeder

  • Well i cant dissagree as ive never heard the term "Troll-Feeder", however im sure its not positive so all i can say is, im not. You seem to think you know my character very well, but you dont know fuck all mate, you cant place me in a category of person because i dont share the same taste in comedy as you, i could say that your a sheep that just loves the mighty boosh coz everyone else does, however i dont know you so why would i exaggerate? your a complete exaggerator.

  • Comment removed

  • Yup! pretentious and ignorant

  • Nah!

  • This is one of the few long videos that i can actually sit down and watch all the way through :)

  • ficken

  • by the way im british, so the boosh has been here for like years now...

  • 94Dilemmas i feel for you! lol...i went to Uni in 2007 and no-one knew what the boosh was, and yes my hitcher costume was ignored! now everyones a supposed expert on the boosh....pees me royally it does!

  • I went to a cabaret restaurant with a big group of people and the hitcher was one of the waiters and i was one of the ONLY people to know who he was lol

  • xeni is a hottie

  • I dressed up as Old Griegg for halloween and no one knew who I was. They were like "So you're Treegirl?" I was sooo sad after that:'(

  • milk it boys, milk that school book doodle chic. milk that rolf harris guess what it is yet mateness.where do they get all the energy?

I await the Second Coming of the Boosh to USA!!! I think we're all ready for a live tour and/or a movie!!!

  • Yeah! Awesome interview, and the photo at 2:55 mins. is MINE, featuring the beautiful miss Katelyn Shibely and the Moon!

  • Right on! Great photo, that was so awesome -- who is that behind the moon face?

  • I honestly don't know. He was caught in the spell of Katelyn the sexy robot! Thanks for props on the photo, and I can't wait for part 2!

    erm.. old greg?

    yes sir, thank you sir

  • howard moon has the best webpage.. pure boringness lol

  • yes the Mighty boosh has been on since late march out here though heavily edited and come on at 1 Am on the cartoon networks Late night programming Block Called "Adult Swim" (Noel asked if that was a porno channel!)

We don't see it on prime time like in the UK because it's "too raunchy"(not to me) for US prime time.

I love this show a lot because it's so different, absolutely funny and who else will reffer so much to music I like? I'm glad Adult swim plays MB to get a US Fanbase going.

  • AWESOME! haha

  • julian barrat is from my hometown leeds :P

  • such a fuckin good show

  • didn't even know that americans watched it, naboo is a legend

  • Mighty Boogh, The greatist comedy everr, and Noel Fielding was voted the fitest man of the year !! I LURV HIMM !!

    Bethany x.

  • Really love the Boosh, honestly is my favourite show on T.V at the moment. Granted that might be because a lot of my favourite shows are getting cancelled, lol. But even then I fucking love the Boosh.

And knowing that they have an NA fanbase is good, as hopefully it means that the guys aren't going anywhere. I mean I know the BBC are dickheads and only fund/plug Dr. "shite" Who, but they must have made a fortune from the live shows, so they can fund themselves :D

    Old Greg FTW!

  • great interview! you're really cool, Xeni. you've got a nice, calm voice. i also dug how you were engaged in conversation with them :)

The Mighty Boosh: such an original, surreal, colourful and wildly entertaining show. it made my life better. i learned about them 3 yrs ago, and i felt it a duty to let fellow Canadians witness the magic. i told errbody. so glad the DVDs have been released to North America. i'm very happy for their success and continually growing fan base. they truly deserve it

  • Thanks for the kind comment, Charlie! - XJ

  • julian really does have small eyes:P

  • The US can borrow them, but when it comes down to it, we had them first, so we call dibs ;)

  • I started watching the MB after the greg roll got passed around.. Now I Tivo the episodes off Adult Swim on sundays at 1am.

  • zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

  • hw do yanks understand the boosh?

  • yanks?

  • yes. that's what our friends from the U.K. like to call us.. haha..it's funny how we don't call them limies..but i guess it's some universal code..it seems to me from traveling experience that mostly everyone in the world likes to refer to us as yanks!! it don't really bother me.

  • Because we are all high on drugs.

  • Us, "yanks" are pretty fucking wild here in the U.S of A. we're very open to mostly everything and find that the mighty boosh is an amazing piece of English comedy culture and music I think we can all relate to. Long live Brittish Comedy!!!!

  • lol

  • say

  • yes

  • julian ................ england fans!!!

fans cover the UK as pointed out by US presenter
