There is a way to get it Killer instinct Gold. You can get it off a website that sells videogames or go to a store that still has games for old systems. But you can't get the arcade version of Killer Instinct 1 except for if it's downloadable for the Wii.

Since you haven't heard, the Nintendo Wii has a feature where you can download old Nintendo games like Killer Instinct 1 and Killer Instinct Gold onto the hard drive. All you need is a Wii LAN Adapter(Not available yet), an internet connection, and a memory card like the ones you find in digital cameras. You'd also need a Wii rewards points card.

Sweeeeet! Orchid was my bitch! I used her all the fucking time. I did notice the SNES version was tech-downed drastically. Although, there were these black guys at my campus at UTSA that had the bootleg arcade version + KI Gold Arcade version on one gamebube disc.
