A set of sights for the 22 hornet aren't expensive and it is already set up for them. A screw in front sight and a dovetail rear sight are easy to get online.

i figured the Hornet would be great, although expensive it takes a pretty small bullet a long way. are they a reasonably accurate rifle overall? (when used by a pro and not a retard such as myself)

@ahorvath96. no,, hornet is more powerful then the two other cartridges. beautiful caliber this one.. for rabbit, birds, not to much speed, not to slow.. any down sides ?,, yes maby the range. eff. out to 150yrds but that should be good enough.

dude its a .22, unless you shoot it right in thr head at practicly point blank range, or if you shoot it at the heart at point blank range...its not going to kill the deer. This means its illegal. Geat a higher calibre for deer hunting, this would only be good for birds or squirrels
