@dan14676 I thought I recognized him, I was a fan of The Bill and was therefore dissapointed when it ended in august 2010 as he and June Ackland were my favs
I also recognize the song in this clip as is was used in a series of TV adverts in the early 90's for a brand of oranges called outspan with altered lyrics which I think went 'grab an outspan they're smaller and juicy naturally'. The advert showed someone hiding in a beach tent with their arm poking out holding an orange I think.
the bloke checking the passports, thats PC Tony Stamp off the Bill, obviously he started out in small roles :)
