Yes I make the Lift arms and bought the chains and hardware at Lowes. I used a video on You Tube for the dimensions. The top link is a cat. 0 that can be found in most tractor supply stores. I'll try to get you the link to the lift arm demo video.

Correction- If it's Sears lawn tractor, they are light. Keep the hitch tongue weight to about 200 lbs max. NO HILLS.

Absolutely. The trick is to have the hitch carry only about 300 lbs tongue weight AND only if it's flat ground. Going up or down a steep hill? All bets are off.

I live in an area with lots of boats. Many Mariners use small tractors with hitches on the front. With the hitch on the front, you can really guide a boat into very tight spots. Good luck,,,, and remember... no hills!!!!

The tractor comes equipped with rear hitch arms. They can lift 350lbs.

I can't believe how well it's made. The Ariens hydraulics have a hold position. I have a new JD 2305 and it comes with a limited 3pt hitch, which means it won't stay in position. You need to tighten a knob, which makes post hole digging a nightmare.
