In my opinion it's more likely they did not have sex. If Lana objected to Bizarro's suggestion of flying her to Paris how would she not object Bizarro saying 'Actually i'm pretty sure we can just go ahead and bonk like rabbits, my powers won't affect you' - that would have definitely made her think something was off.
i don't think you can automatically imply that they did because all the sex scenes that occured in smallville were obvious that they (the couple) were going to have sex. examples, clark and Lana in hidden, Wrath, requiem., Lana and lex in wither, lois and clark in harvest, etc. that scene just showed them waking up in bed together which clark and lana probably did anyways. the episode before persona didn't show them engaging in a sexual act that led to the opening of persona.

Clark is an ass in this episode, though I like him being jealous. Lana was not totally at fault. I say totally because the writer's should have let Lana know Clark was acting different instead of know it all Chloe.

my gosh how AMAZING are these two!!! Just glances and movement between the two of them and it just speaks a thousand words...iiiii felt ackward in this scene! LOVE CLANA...they can work through pretty much anything!! Kristin and Tom...wonderful actors no matter what anyone says! they got it!! woot woot!
