  • Blows me away everytime i see it...WOW

  • mate, u r right!!

  • I love Jill Scott. She's a real, down to earth, sweet woman and she can sing. She's probably one of the coolest people I've ever met, famous or not. I hope she keeps that loving heart she's got and doesn't let the music biz suck out her soul.

  • people who thumbs down have no soul!

  • This performance give me goosebumps whenever I watch it. One of the BEST GRAMMY performances ever!

  • at the end look at the man in the middle feelin the beat

  • Wow. This is actually pretty good.

  • pretty good? moby is a beast

  • Considering I am not a fan of any of these musicians, *pretty good* is a beast of a compliment.

  • i was speaking in a broader sense, in that the three artist collaborating in it self was awesome.

  • I wish I could have been there.

  • does anyone know if this was a professional recorded performance so i could get the track without the cheering or is it just on a live performance? just that im a media student here in the UK and id like to create my own music video to this track as one of my assignments, thanks and hope to hear form someone soon

  • I realize that this is a 3-month late answer, but I'll respond anyway.

I doubt there's a studio recording of this collaboration, but Moby's solo version is on his "Play" album.

The original was an a capella song. There's an article on Wikipedia (search: Natural Blues) about it if you're interested, anyway.

  • the best in entertainment

  • ziekelijke break op 2.09

  • Psychotic raw production of complexity.

  • moby rules that

  • blue man group is the best

  • lol reading the description, im not kidding, he put jim scott, take a look1

  • cool story bro

  • you are right haahh

  • A musica é do Moby e vejam como ele vai cumprimentar a Jill Scott no fim do clipe e esta não dá moral nem uma, se achando a protagonista.

  • I remember before all this, Moby didn't want to do this performance. Mainly he though the Blue Men Group wasn't gonna do him justice to music, and everyone gave them a standing ovation.

  • mervelere caya git lannn!!!

  • absolutely brilliant

  • fine

  • the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • just plain cool

  • This song is so powerful and sad as well because I know very well some elderly people are stuck in bad nursing homes and hell, being old is a prisoner if you did not take care of yourself very well. All your or most of your functions are either gone or weakening.

  • yeah shes great

  • This is one of my favorite all time live performances. It made me a fan of this song, Blue Man, and Moby. Already a Scott fan.

  • jill i love youuuu.... you killed ittt girl

  • i remember this performance. moby and blue man group were awesome. jill killed it with her vocals. it was amazing. to kings of leon fan making horrible comments about her vocal abilities. GET A LIFE DUDE! and some taste while you are it. this is an all around great performance.

  • I had this favorited a long time ago... but the person who had it posted deleted it.

So glad I found it again.

    I love this performance.

Bmg, moby and jill really rock!!!!!

this is one of the best performances ever!

    Love you moby!

  • Jill scott really set this song off

  • this was a good performance!

  • God I've been looking for this for years! I remember after they preformed this I went on Napster the next day searching for it.

  • This was what turned me into a Moby, Jill Scott & BMG fan all at the same time. Yes, this has to be one of music history's best live performances!!!!

  • Yeah I remember this one. It shocked a lot o people...in a good way.

  • I saw them, few years ago. They're amazing!

  • I don't think that there are enough adjectives in the English language to describe how amazing this performance is.

  • @mateo4707 tampoco hay adjetivos en mi lengua para decribir esta actuacion

  • I WAS THERE! her VOICE IS INCREDIBLE. she doesn't need a mic.

  • WHY AM I JUST FINDING THIS? I LOVE IT!

  • see how the shadows are syncronized

  • This is such a great performance.

  • Old black southern spiritual.......jill really honored the ancestors

  • this performance made me a moby fan

  • Just write down "santic trouble so hard" in a search window and listen to the better version of Vera Hall's song

  • Wonder Bar!

  • Funny comment coming from a Kings of Leon fan...

  • As mainstream as Moby was at this time, he was out of the box from everything else out there.

  • wow u gotta have some voice to compete with all the things going on in the back. jill scott did good. best performance of the night.

  • beautiful song!!!! I adore it!

  • Jill and Moby should do something else, just like this. Great combination!!!! Black and White makes some good milk. I even got trouble with GOD.

  • the instruments the bmg play are so cool

  • This is the best verison of this song. And that's coming from someone who loved the original Moby mix.

  • Jill Scott is the best soul singer of her generation.

  • what a voice

  • Simply awesome...

It's so good to see that there are still people in this world who knows how to mix/sing/play/cretae good music! This is ART!

    Thaank you Moby and BMG!

  • Don't forget Jill Scott

  • Yeah...and also, Jill Scott! Amazing voice!

  • what is the name of the song?

  • I don't know, why don't you take a look at the top of the video?

  • The blue man group are fucking insane!!!! LOL ;D

  • cool video

  • imagine how often they have to get a new bass drum head

  • CRAZY

  • that was pretty nuts. beats the hell out of the album version fo sho.

  • moby is so bad ass

  • wouldnt this have been a lot better if the synths could have been heard, still very good and entertaining

  • i like moby, hes my absolutley fav, and this video is.... ohmygod.

    i belive i can fly :D

  • Those who have seen moby live, know he is one of the most talented guys in the industry. He knows music better than most. He can sing, play lots of istruments, write wicked songs and really entertain.

  • ive seen here in budapest and thet concert was the best wht ive ever been before! :)

and if he will come again, ill be there again in front a line :)

  • i love his music but.... moby, dont try to sing!

  • you need to go listen to the song porcelain. moby can sing duh.

  • jim scott?

  • Awesome I love Jill Scott!! Blue Man Group is cool too.

  • They didn't really need Moby's non-singing ass in there. It was good but could've have been better if he wasn't singing.

  • But moby wrote the frickin' song, douchebag.

  • Actually the song is an old negro spiritual/traditional Folk Gospel song.

  • But he mixed it together, and did all the instuments on his record.

  • you fucking idiot moby has sung in his songs before. just go take listen to the song porcelain. hmmmm yup get your facts straight.

  • yeah... i like it

  • Blue Man Group and Moby are the best.

  • Sweet.

  • Truely Awesome.

  • Amazong. I didn't watch the grammys this year, I had no idea they did this.
