The vaccine contains polysorbate 80/Tween 80. This is a substance which renders the blood-brain barrier more porous (opens it up). It is used in drug targeting when the aim is for chemo and psychiatric substances to pass through the barrier and to be in contact with the brain tissue.
In vaccines this is undesirable! Neurotoxic aluminium, etc reach the brain tissue resulting in increased risk of brain damage.
