what engine, here in europe the 70 series had a 2.4 liter diesel, 3.0 turbo diesel, 3.5 diesel and a 4.2 diesel.... it was sold both with leaf springs allround or coil springs, some market had factory fitted lockers, what are the features of the japanese model?

Just though I could correct some questions, this is a new model Cruiser - could be from 2002 to 2006, we have them here with a petrol engine called 1FZ-FE that produces 215hp net. I own a 2002 middle wheel base such as this one and a 2006 Short wheel base. great off-road vehicle. these vehicles are popular in the Middle east, South america and Venezuela and ofcourse Japan.

@weldmishref :P here in AUS we've had these from something like 1984 onwards FJ's, BJ's and HJ's, (70, 73, 74) with a few others with coils n stuffs. Then they stoped making em, now they have started a simular model, called the 76 series

The Land Cruiser is very nice and i assume the lockers would have been helpfull if you have engaged them from the begining .

But the guy in the back ground is nerve breaking , damn it he produces more moise than the engine
