Ahh the Anchor butter adverts, I used to love them. I remember my gran thinking that it was clever they taught the cows to dance, no matter how hard we tried to explain, she wouldn't accept it was trick photography
I remember every single one of these adverts :) Especially that P&O Ferries one and Scotch video tapes. Ahhh such wonderful nostalgic memories! :) 5 Stars!
I am looking for an anchor butter ad from 1981, it has the song 'didn't we have a lovely time the day we went to bangor' on it i think and a load of little girls getting off an old bus. anyone got it??
Note that the two ads using 1964 Rolling Stones hits appear consecutively - a coincidence, or a deliberate decision on the part of those who decided which ads would appear in which order?
Yeah. These are all classic. Sadly I remember them all. Lol

@saucysandi Same here... I was an impressionable 12 year old and made my parents buy me that torch.

The Insignia add brings back memories (a truly awful smell). Just look at the guy's computer at the end of the advert. Serious 80's technology :)

Loved the music in the P&O advert so much that i contacted the tv station.
They couldnt help.
I hate the latest P&O advert
its got "horrible" rock music that dosent fit with the relaxing image of a cruise.
Cant imagine the older generation liking it too much either!

Ah, that Remington Fuzz Away! I remember that one with the clothes leaping out of the wardrobe.
And I used to love that skeleton watching the Scotch videos.
These ad directors don't make 'em like they used to!
