  • Hi there, how can I motivate my gf to get back to exercising again? She is not fat but I and other people (even her) notice that she definitely gained some pounds but she keeps making excuses. I am a very active guy gym 5 days a week and active on weekends too and I told her exercise atleast 3 times a week but she just does not want to.

  • @Malikot911 The best way to motivate her is to try and include her and get her excited. Ask her to come to the gym with you, tell her about a great new class, show her my workouts, they are great to get people motivated because they don't require fancy equipment, alot of time or the gym BUT they do get you results! At the end of the day, she has to want it for herself, but I think if you encourage her in positive ways it will go a long way!

  • i am fourteen years old and currently 193 lbs....my goal is to be 115 lbs but i need help!!! is there anything i should especially do besides this workout to help achieve my goal?

  • @Fabuloyssh1997 Its a combination of diet and exercise, you want to be eating clean whole foods and avoiding processed junk and hidden calorie dense foods. I would also add some straight cardio if it's lbs you are trying to lose. For example - add a 20-30 min power walk or job before you do the workout, I think you'll see some BIG results!

  • what is your body fat %? you look so thin but still very very toned, just like i want to be .. my body fat % is 14.9% but i don't look like it, i still have fat on my thighs and behind them mostly, my hands and upper body is thinner than the rest.. i still have to get more toned, i just started, do you mostly do exercises at home? what's your diet like could you do a video about it

  • @IMVUAshleeHunnn Absolutely. It is all about learning what works best for the body you want to obtain. I would recommend only doing as much as you feel you can. You don't want to strain your natural growth. Also, don't be worried if results aren't as fast. At 14 your body is genetically changing as well as physically, results may take a little bit longer to surface. Plus you will be in incredible shape for high school :). Ive been skipping the gym to cram for finals a few days a week and this is so easy to do from home yet I still feel as though I got a good workout in.   • Hey Amanda :D i am glad i saw you on the shaytards! I have a question, when did you start competitive running? Im 19 and i used to be so so so active in all high school years and i loved it so much! i love fitness a lot! But since university and my studies for the past 1.5 years, my fitness level dropped! i was running the other day and i suck! Its painful and hard! i dont think i can ever go back to how long i used to run nonstop! I feel too old already! :$

  • I was feeling miserable thinking about my ex and all I wanted to do was raid the fridge and cupboard. But your workouts have been so helpful to me so far on my weightloss journey and thinking about them made me decide against the comfort eating as its definitely not worth undoing my hard work. I'm currently 159 lb and would love to zoom past the 50's and feel good about myself again. I know I will feel great after working out so I'm off to do that instead. Thank you for being my inspiration.

  • hello Amanda! i have one question, i am latin, so you know we have natural curves, and i have a small waist, but i cant get rid of the bump just under the belly button, i do exercise and all, and i would have a flat tummy if it wasnt for that little bump there, i dont know what exercises fight that area specifically.   • @LaveVaisselle02 Nice! reach for the stars and fight the fatigue! I know its hard to push when you're tired but you need to 'walk through the fire to achieve success' :) That said if you're new to these workouts try to get trhough the first few rounds and work up to it!

  • @AmandaRussell So, i did it :D. I made it until the 4th rounds at the squat jumps and then my mum yelled "lunch timmme". My legs aspen a little bit, i think i didn't eat enough before, i had lunch at 7:45am and did this workout around 11am. My body use LOTS of energy, weird metabolism.

    Anyway, i really LOVE this workout, you don't need lots of space and stuff.

  • @En929 I recommend starting with the modified version and aiming to do 2-3 rounds versus 5. Mix in other workouts during the week. I would do this workout twice per week mixed in with other forms of exercises and at least one of my other workouts!

  • Can you please do a real time video so we can follow at least one time and then hit replay? I tend to forget what the exercises are and I have to stop my reps and pause the video

    could you do an all core and butt vid? im a figure skater from good ol' Iowa! for the landings you really need to have a strong core and back as well. to jump off the ice you need to use your butt, when i jump i have trouble feeling my butt tighten, so please some tips on how to engage muscles faster!

  • @northernSars Absolutely! if you are just beginning I recommend either doing less reps or less rounds! Maybe on your first day try to do just 1 or 2 rounds! let me know how it goes!

  • @AmandaRussell Yet again I have to say thank you the first week of doing the 16 min Home workout and the 20 Min hot body workout you did with HIIMRAWN I lost 8lbs I do both workouts but on alternative days to keep it interesting and less boring now I have yet another workout I can add into my weekly routine. thank you so much p.s I have been telling friends and family about you and my sisters are going to join me to lose the excess weight by using your workouts.
